Description: SCP-346-J is a 46 year old male who once served in the United States Military. His attire consists of shirts with several band names on them, and a few pairs of khakis. SCP-346-J seemingly has a house arrest anklet that will start beeping as soon as it senses that it is outside. SCP-346-J's attitude is usually glee, and very rarely will that glee turn into anger. At times, SCP-346-J will do the dishes at the window while the window is open, and start singing to himself unbeknownst that his closest neighbors can hear him sing.
