Special Containment Procedures: As of now, there is no known way to contain SCP-XXXX. Any information about SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-1 are strictly classified to O5 members only. Any researcher reporting instances of SCP-XXXX-1 must be subjected to emotional therapy and psychological assessment.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a phenomena which affects researchers to have auditory and visual hallucinations of different supernatural beings, hereafter referred to a SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX-1 instances vary quite greatly, but they all wear some kind of foundation uniform(such as the D-class jumpsuit, the standard MTF uniform, etc.). The appearance of these beings vary depending on the SCP the researcher is working on and SCP-XXXX-1 only appears on SCPs that have 1 or more staff fatalities.

Known instances of SCP-XXXX-1 are as follows:

093	The instance appears to be a black silhouette of an MTF member. Instance will only appear from behind windows or glass doors. Instance always remains still.
106	Instance appears to be a human wearing a D-class jumpsuit, albeit with very cracked and decayed skin. Instance crawls on hands and drags itself across the floor. Instance’s legs appear to be broken. Instance screams and occasionally yells “Why”. Researchers affected have reported lack of sleep due to it’s yelling.
372	Instance also wears a D-class jumpsuit, and has a large portion of his head including his right eye missing. Instance always appears in the corner of affected researchers eyes, and when they try to turn and face it, it moves to the opposite corner of their eyes.
3568	Instance is missing entire head, wearing D-class jumpsuit. Usual behaviour includes wandering around, bumping into objects. Despite having no visible mouth, instance seems to scream “HELP”.
4530	Instance wears D-class jumpsuit and sits on any vacant chairs in the room, motionless. Instance has mushrooms growing out of every orifice in their body.
