SCP-XXXX
Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: If instances of SCP-XXXX are not to be terminated, then they are to be contained in a large cell, 5 meters by 7 meters by 5 meters, to be exact. They are to be fed bi-weekly, and it is recommended that they be fed with corpses of D-Class personnel, or the carcasses of animals, to prevent them from becoming enraged. If instances of SCP-XXXX break loose, they are to be neutralized as quickly as possible. Do not terminate them all, as at least 4 or more instances of SCP-XXXX are required for research. Individuals infected by SCP-XXXX instances are to be classified as instances of SCP-XXXX-1 until further notice. Bodies of victims of SCP-XXXX are to be incinerated before reanimation. If they do reanimate, the body is to be neutralized and then incinerated. Those infected by SCP-XXXX are to be incinerated if the infection is to take over.

Description
Instances of SCP-XXXX are reanimated corpses that are virtually invincible. While it is possible to “kill” them, they will soon reanimate once again. The only way to actually kill an instance of SCP-XXXX is to completely destroy its body. For example, Instances of SCP-XXXX will be killed if it is completely incinerated or disintegrated, but will reanimate when shot down or cut to pieces. Instances of SCP-XXXX can even survive decapitation and bisection. For example, when horizontally bisected at the waist, both halves will survive, but one will start regenerating the other part of its body that was cut off, and when one half starts regenerating, the other will die. However, if an instance of SCP-XXXX loses a limb, it will delay the instance's reanimation even further. People killed by instances of SCP-XXXX will soon become an instance of SCP-XXXX as well. Instances of this SCP are often mistaken for normal people, which can be a lethal mistake. The visual difference between SCP-XXXX and a person is that instances of the SCP have empty eye sockets, with a glowing pinprick dot in the center of the socket. In most instances , eyes are glowing red, but some have been observed to have glowing blue, yellow, orange, white, or tan eyes. Some instances of SCP-XXXX are stronger, more agile, and more intelligent than the others, which are classified as SCP-XXXX-T, and are differentiated from instances of SCP-XXXX with their glowing black eyes. The eyes of SCP-XXXX-T are black, with the eye socket glowing white. SCP-XXXX instances will usually behave aggressively toward humans and most other creatures. When SCP-XXXX encounters a human, it will try to kill them. Infection spreads through bites or any fluid from SCP-XXXX instances, usually blood, coming in contact with open wounds. The infection has 3 phases. In phase 1, the infected individual will start to feel nauseous, irritable, and can be easily angered. Other symptoms infected may experience are headaches (especially around the eyes), temporary loss of vision, severe nightmares, paranoia, and the infection could possibly even cause mild schizophrenia. In phase 2, the infected individual will feel an intense hunger almost constantly, and could possibly perform violent actions. In phase 3, infected individuals will usually start bleeding from around the eyes, and usually will have small pieces of the eyes fall out. When the infection reaches phase 3, after 1-2 days, the individual will die, and then soon become an instance of SCP-XXXX.

Experiment Log XXXX-1
Dr.████
“I was being urged by some of my colleagues to “Put the zombies together”, by that they meant instances of SCP-XXXX and victims of SCP-008. I know I’m probably going insane, and I shouldn’t do that, but…I did. But I did not expect the results. The victims of SCP-008 and instances of SCP-XXXX were….working together…or at least, it seemed that they would. It also seemed that they are…considering each other as one of their own. More tests might be needed.”
