描述:SCP-CN-075是对被标记为SCP-CN-075-1的四张黏连在一起的粉红色塑料纸和被标记为SCP-CN-075-2的一条纸质细绳的总称。
在SCP-CN-075-1与SCP-CN-075-2分离的情况下，项目处于未激活状态。此时的SCP-CN-075-1需要周期性地接受浇水和光照，否则会进入脱水状态，并缓慢地蜷缩成球状，直到再次浇水和充分光照后才会恢复，而SCP-CN-075-2则未表现出任何异常性质。尽管SCP-CN-075-1处于脱水状态时更方便收容，但为防止可能导致的项目的异常性质消失，不建议对SCP-CN-075-1进行长时间的脱水保存。
当SCP-CN-075-1未处于脱水状态且被卷成筒状并被SCP-CN-075-2系上时，项目将处于激活状态。此时SCP-CN-075会对所有目击到项目的人员施加某种精神影响，使受影响人员认为SCP-CN-075中包裹有若干枝花，这种影响会在SCP-CN-075激活状态解除或离开受影响者视线时消失，且不同的人员观察到的花朵种类和数目可能不同。用其他的普通绳子系住SCP-CN-075-1时则不会导致异常性质出现。
已被记录的SCP-CN-075的部分表现种类有:
- 玫瑰花，根据描述似乎为大马士革玫瑰 (七朵，已去刺)
- 百合花，花瓣上带有露水 (白色和黄色各四朵)
- 兰花，根据描述似乎为君子兰 (白色，两朵)
- 紫罗兰，且数量非常多
- 百合花 (十分刺眼的白色，五朵)
- 月季 (红色，三朵)
- SCP-CN-███ (详见附录2)
- 未出现花朵 (详见附录2)
当SCP-CN-075处于激活状态时，项目的质量会增加约0.16kg，且该数值与观察到的花朵种类和数量无关。
实验中人员所观察到的花枝并不会影响到SCP-CN-075-1的形状，受影响人员对花朵的触摸能够得到触觉反馈，但根据不同人员观察到的SCP-CN-075表现的花朵种类与数量的不同，可能会有人员看到触摸者的手“穿过”花朵的情况。
对SCP-CN-075-1和SCP-CN-075-2材料的化验结果显示其与普通材料完全相同，而因为其异常性质并无太多特殊之处，正在审议将SCP-CN-075作为异常物品重新归档的提议。

在20██/11/██，基金会人员吴瑟前去医院探望正在住院的基金会人员Hensec Stutter研究员时，有人托护士给Stutter研究员送来一束花，也就是SCP-CN-075。因为二人对项目内容的叙述不同，他们意识到这可能是一个异常物品，于是将其带回Site-CN-21进行收容。与SCP-CN-075一起送来的还有一张便签，其内容为:

根据医院中的监控录像，送出SCP-CN-075的人员是一位穿着黑色衬衫和牛仔裤的女性，身高在170cm左右，没有在监控中露出正脸，似乎有较强的反侦查意识。在送完花束之后，对方进入了一个监控死角区并消失了。
之后就此人信息向Hensec Stutter询问，他表示从未见过这个人，对这个名字也没有任何印象。
附录2:
在对SCP-CN-075于Site-CN-21中对部分人员进行观测实验以统计所有SCP-CN-075表现种类的过程中，出现了两个例外事件。
当██研究员对SCP-CN-075进行观察时，对方报告了SCP-CN-075-1中出现了SCP-CN-███。之后的实验表明其并不具有SCP-CN-███的异常性质。
当███博士对SCP-CN-075进行观察时，对方报告了SCP-CN-075-1中没有出现花朵，且触摸SCP-CN-075内部时没有出现触觉反馈，但项目的质量仍像往常一样增加了。
目前仍不清楚这两个例外事件发生的具体原因是什么。

Special Containment Procedures: At present, SCP-CN-075-1 and SCP-CN-075-2 are contained in NO. 099 safe, which is in a standard Safe class anomalous item containment room at Site-CN-21. In order to be convenient for containment, SCP-CN-075-2 should be paid attention to keep it in a dehydrated condition.
SCP-CN-075-1 is contained in a indoor heated garden now. SCP-CN-075-1 should be watered at least 10ml per day, and get 4 hours fully illuminated by natural sunlight. SCP-CN-075-2 is contained in in NO. 099 stongbox in Site-CN-21's standard Safe class anomalous item containment room at present.
Description: SCP-CN-075 is called as joint name of 4 sheets of adhesive pink plastic paper and a paper-made string, which are marked as SCP-CN-075-1 and SCP-CN-075-2.
The object would be inactive when SCP-CN-075-1 and SCP-CN-075-2 are separated. In this situation, SCP-CN-075-1 should be watered and get illuminated periodically, or it would be dehydrated. Then SCP-CN-075-1 will slowly curl up itself into a ball. The object would not recover until it gets enough water and illumination. Although keeping it in the dehydrated condition would be helpful to the storage of SCP-CN-075-1, in order to avoid the object from being noneffective, we suggest not to keep it dehydrated chronically.
If SCP-CN-075-1 is not dehydrated, the object will be in activity when SCP-CN-075-1 is rolled up and tied with SCP-CN-075-2. At this moment, SCP-CN-075 would inflict a mind-effect on a person who witnesses SCP-CN-075. This effection of SCP-CN-075 will let the effected person deemed that there are some flowers appeared in SCP-CN-075, and it will disappear when SCP-CN-075 exits the active condition, or the object leaves the sight of the effected person.
Some of the patterns of manifestation which the SCP-CN-075's effect:
- Rose, reported that seems to be Damascus Rose(7 flowers, and the thorns has been taken out)
- Lily, with some dews on the petals(2 white and 2 yellow flowers)
- Reported that seems to be Kaffir Lily(2 white flowers)
- Violet, seems to be in a huge amount
- Lily, in a extremely bright color of white(5 flowers)
- Chinese Rose(3 red flowers)
- SCP-CN-███(A special manifestation of effection list could be found below)
- No flowers(A special manifestation of effection list could be found below)
At the same time, SCP-CN-075 will increase 0.16kg in weight when be in active condition. This numerical value is independent of the quantity and the species of the flowers which the object's effection manifests.
The twigs of flowers which the effected person saw in a experiment wouldn't affect the shape of SCP-CN-075-1. The person who was effected by SCP-CN-075 could get a tactile tickling when touching the inside of SCP-CN-075-1, which is as same as the feeling of the manifestation of SCP-CN-075's effection. Because of the differences between the manifestations which the flowers' forms and quantity that different observers effected by SCP-CN-075 see is, it's possible that a strange situation would appear which an observer could see a person's hand "crossed through" the twigs of flowers.
The test on SCP-CN-075-1 and SCP-CN-075-2 shows that the materials of the object are totally the same as normal materials. As there are no more remarkable anomalous effects on SCP-CN-075, the suggestion of re-file it as an anomalous object is now in discussion.

In 11/██/20██, when foundation staff Se Wu visited researcher Hensec Stutter in local hospital, someone requested the nurse to send researcher Stutter a bunch of flowers, which be marked as SCP-CN-075 later. Because they got a difference in the descriptions of the object, they realized that it might be an anomalous object, then take it back to Site-CN-21 for containment. There is also a note sent with this object. The note says:
To Yinze Qi, also called as Hensec Stutter,
Hope you would like this bunch of flowers.
Wish you could get well earlier, my dear brother.

Monitors' records showed that the person who sent SCP-CN-075 was a female wearing a black shirt and jeans, nearly 170cm in height. The monitors didn't get her front face. It seems that this person might have the ability aginst investigation.
Later, Hensec Stutter was asked about this person, Researcher Stutter claimed that he hadn't seen this person before, and had no impression about this name.
Addendum 2:
When using SCP-CN-075 on the staffs in Site-CN-21 to recorded the SCP-CN-075's patterns of manifestation, two extra events happened.
When researcher ██ observed SCP-CN-075, she reported that there is SCP-CN-███ inside SCP-CN-075-1. Later research showed that it didn't have SCP-CN-███'s anomalous effects.
When Dr. ███ observed SCP-CN-075, he reported that there was nothing in SCP-CN-075, and no tactile tickling when touching inside SCP-CN-075. The weight test showed that SCP-CN-075's weight increased as normal.
We still don't know the reasons of this two extra events now.
