Special Containment Procedures: Scp XXXX is to be kept within its case and stored in a standard anomalous item locker. Under no circumstances Scp XXXX is to be exposed to liquids or near any liquids within 305 metres to avoid any instances of Scp XXXX-1 and Scp XXXX-2 forming, unless trying to contain Scp XXXX-1 and 2 is granted by level 5 personnel.

Containment breach procedures: if an instance of Scp XXXX-1 is to form within the facility Scp XXXX is to be kept from Scp XXXX-1. To stop the outbreak all instances of Scp XXXX-1 are to be exterminated by MTF Lambda-12.

Description: Scp XXXX is a vintage accordion approximately 22cm tall, 48cm wide and weighs 10kg.
Whenever Scp XXXX is within 305 metres of water instances of Scp XXXX-1 appear, these instances tend to take forms of loved ones, dead or alive.

Scp XXXX was discovered and contained in a conjoined effort from MTF Gamma-6 and MTF Eta-11 after reports of sailors going missing deep sea. Survivors reported hearing a accordion playing before witnessing these anomalous events. The Survivors have been observed to be in a state of paranoia and have developed a fear of water.
