Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5003 has been contained in a 2x8x2 to meet needs of its natural* (habitat first found in) habitat. Cleaned weekly while detained by Facility Guards. SCP-5003 is to be called by Facility Guard if seen out of containment. Procedure for out of containment, if you are on duty management, is to run in the opposite direction as fast as possible, unless detained by Facility Guards, or in extreme cases MTF. When caught, wrap in iron wire to keep from escape and immediately return to cell. If disguised or one is found KIA to wait for the scent to kick in and than seek. If personal found at the end of the hall waving to quickly evacuate the area.If escaped and on rampage, excessive force may be required, if kill count higher the 4, MTF and evacuation from cell area need to happen immediately.
Description: SCP-5003 is a Humanoid Shape shiftier with ability to intimidate noises and looks based on its most recent victim, usually seen at the end of hallways waving its hand while its claw or blade is being grown back or its tapping the wall. SCP-5003 is usually in an environment by itself will mumble a undistinguished language while messing with its arms or by cutting itself and eating it. When hunting a victim it will usually stand in the nearest corner where people will have to turn or will stand next to them in the dark and wait for them in an open space.
Addendum: Made by MTF Officer, he says capturing the SCP-5003 was made of ease, which made thought that it was a safe SCP but the first breakout made him announced a Keter with now a protocol for when broken out again (Interview file lost). Dr. [Redacted], Doctor studying SCP-5003, has had many reports of the SCP being very violent and trying to escape when Class D are being taken into it chamber. Its means of killing have been made very brutal, first it will break the jaw of its prey, then dig into the skull and eat the brain and will soon turn into the victim. Found in [Redacted], Russia.
