Interviewer: Dr. Schulze
Foreword: This interview happened only 48 hours after SCP-XXXX's original containment chamber was built. The interview was conducted by a German foundation senior researcher named Dr.Schulze. Dr. Schulze had worked for over a decade with the foundation before this interview was conducted and had researched countless other SCPs. His previous work station was with SCP-(cross-link). This video log was only found after Dr. Schulze's containment.

SCP-XXXX: (SCP-XXXX morphs into its humanoid form) I find it funny that I know so much about your foundation and its SCPs but despite this, I still became one,(SCP-XXXX looks at one-way observation mirror) Don't you Dr. Schulze.
Dr. Schulze:(Dr.Schulze is Visibly shaken by the remark) How did you?
SCP-XXXX: Your microphone was on doctor.
Dr. Schulze:(Dr. Schulze looks at the microphone noticing it was on but not transmitting. Dr. Schulze then precedes to get up and run over to the panic button) code red, I repeat code red SCP-XXXX has gained control over foundation equipment! I need security team echo 4 in SCP-XXXX's containment chamber immediately!
SCP-XXXX: Calm down now doctor you should know by now I harbor no Ill will to humanity or the foundation because if I did I would have never contacted you much less agree to be here in the first place. I only wanted to see your response to realizing I have been listening this whole time which from my perspective was quite humorous I might add. You should also know that call you just made did not go out, I made sure of that so have a seat and continue the interview you were about to conduct before I interrupted.
Dr. Schulze:(Dr. Schulze has a worried expression on his face as he walks back over the microphone.)I know I'm probably breaking a list of rules and containment procedures longer than my entire arm and the site director, security, and the maybe the fucking 0-5 council is going to rip into me later about doing this but you have piqued my interest. (Dr. Schulze sits back in the observation chair.) So let's start with the obvious questions, how did you find out about the foundation?
SCP-XXXX: I've been around a lot longer than you think doctor, I've been on this planet since at least in your calendar ██ BC. I've had a lot of time to study the devolvement of humanity's technology and communication over the years and was able to find many intriguing facts about your species. I only found out about the foundation after the advent of the internet. I first became interested when I was scouring conspiracy theory sites in hopes of getting leads of possible hidden knowledge your society hides. Surprisingly a good few of the theories turned out the be correct like the one about who controls the (data exponged) but one theory stood out to me and that was a theory about an organization that protects the world from anomalous entities. I remembered a few times throughout my journey I would find a news article or overhear a conversation about a weird or anomalous event and seeming the next day here and see nothing about it again as if it simply never happened in the first place. After a few years of experimenting with the internet to see what made it tick and how I could exploit it I began to learn how to break encryption, tamper with severs, interfere with satellite signals and eventually how to "hack" as you would put. I soon gained access to government servers and sites not intended for the civilian population and from there I just "followed the paper trail." I noticed large sums of money going to "charities" and "government programs" that never existed and after a good few years of hunting, I found the foundation and all of its secrets.
Dr. Schulze:Intersting, then why did you contact the foundation knowing that you would be contained? What benefits did you gain?SCP-XXXX: Simple, I can help you and you can help me.
Dr. Schulze:And how exactly do you expect to help us?SCP-XXXX: I've studied the human anatomy long enough to detect abnormalities within the body using my scanning equipment. This could range from diseases to harmful genes to even abnormal substances or objects within the body. It would probably be better to demonstrate this than explain it further.
Dr. Schulze: Alright go on.
SCP-XXXX: Well Doctor you appear to have a gene that was inherited from your father that makes you extremely likely to get colon cancer after the age of sixty. Base off of that I can assume your father or one of your grandparents may have died between the age of sixty to eighty from colon cancer. Is this correct?
Dr. Schulze: ( Dr. Schulze has a stunned expression on his face) Y..Yes, my grandmother died of colon cancer at the age of sixty-seven. How did you? Nevermind I will add this to my report (Dr. Schulze writes down notes on his notebook in front of him.)SCP-XXXX:Well since you believe me now I have some err…ummm how you say it? Some unfortunate news doctor. That being you are infected with a pathogen your foundation has labeled SCP-(cross-link.) you may have been infected when you were researching it.
Dr. Schulze: ( Dr. Schulze looks down and places his right hand on his forehead)Jesus Christ that can't be I..I took all of the precautions i-it can't be no, no, no. ( Dr. Schulze looks back up)I-I mean I know your lying or..or trying to deceive me somehow. I bet you're trying to get me to say something right? or getting the foundation to contain me yea? I'm not falling for it. In fact, I'm going to hide this videotape in my office so your lies don't get me killed. Dr. Schulze signing off.
<End Log, [optional time info]>Closing Statement: Sometime after this was recorded Dr. Schulze was contained as well as all people he had been in contact with for the last forty-eight hours. The security staff at site-45 found this tape under his desk in his office. Due to this incident, Dr. Shinozaki has been reassigned as the head researcher for SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX has been reclassed from Keter to Thaumiel. Research into SCP-XXXX's ability to detect diseases has been authorized by the 05 council
