Special Containment Procedures: SCP-████ is to be kept in a 9m x 9m, Iron-Lined containment Chamber. Daily clothes are to be provided. Daily toys are to be provided aswell.
Any personeel at Site-██ are to remain no more than 25 meters Above, Below, or Around SCP-████'s cell. No contact is ever permitted other than by direct permission from the O5 Council. No security camera footage is permitted in SCP-████'s chamber.
Description: SCP-████ is a Human Female child, approximately █ years old. SCP-████ is 127 Centimeters tall, and weighs approximately 704 Ounces. SCP-████ is able to seemingly control any human being, As long as it knows it is being watched.
Whenever SCP-████ is directly looked at, It is going to speak to that person. They will attempt to Persuade whoever it is to let them out of their containment cell. It seems to be able to make them do what It requests, as this always ends up in SCP-████ escaping.
Any being that comes in contact with SCP-████ is going to instantly die, seemingly due to the lungs being crushed. SCP-████ seems to have a Odd relationship with other SCPs, which will either seem Passive or Enthusiastic about SCP-████.

Following, the Site Worker opened SCP-████'s containment cell.
SCP-████ killed guards on site, and let free SCPs ██, ████, ███, and ████.
The containment breach was resolved 6 days after following evacuation of Site-█. Escaped
SCPs were thereafter moved to Site-██.
