Special Containment Procedures: The containment of SCP-XXX is currently deemed to be unnecessary, as both the object itself and all SCP-XXX-1 instances conceived as a result of SCP-XXX's anomalous properties have been observed to be docile and do not pose a threat to civilians, the Foundation and its members, as well as XXX-1's surroundings. All SCP-XXX-1 instances are to be reported and contained by masking a Foundation vehicle as a taxi cab and "picking it up". SCP-XXX-1 instances will be contained at Site-06-3 in separate containment chambers. XXX-1 instances are to be supplied regularly with food, clothes, and forms of entertainment. Subjects have been observed responding positively to films that have been primarily directed by Joel Schumacher, although the reason for this preference in film is unknown. All instances of SCP-XXX-1 are only to be let out of their respective containment chambers whenever the anomalous properties that they posses are deemed necessary to contain and sedate other, more hostile SCP objects. XXX-1 are to be accompanied by Foundation members with Security Clearance Levels of 3 or higher when exiting their chamber.

Description: SCP-XXX is an overpass bridge constructed over Platform 3 and Platform 4 of SHIBUYA station in Japan. The bridge acts as a passageway between the two platforms, with two double sided elevators on either side of the bridge. The anomalous properties of SCP-XXX have not been observed occuring in either of these elevators, and it is believed that the elevators themselves are not a part of SCP-XXX. These properties manifest once a maximum of 16 people walk up the stairs on the bridge. Although subjects are reported to progress at different speeds, their paces and speeds are aligned by the top of the stairs through unknown means. These paces and speeds are similarly maintained while subjects are passing through the main part of the bridge, and while they are moving down the stairs. Then, in a process invisible to both human vision and camera footage, the aligned subjects are "merged" into a single entity (referred as SCP-XXX-1) that will then exit the station. This entity posseses characteristics that could be seen in different subjects pre-conjoinment, such as the same skin colour, hair length, and clothing. However, the anatomy of SCP-XXX-1 has been observed to be identical to that of regular Homo Sapiens, including the skeletal structure and lymphatic systems.
