Item # - 13101
Nickname - NJ
Class - Euclid
Appearance - SCP-13101 is a 16 year old male, approximately 6 feet in height and 70 kilograms in
weight. His physical appearance is no different than any other male of his age, with no
major mutations or inhuman features, and wears a blank top with common jeans.
Description - SCP-13101 seems to have the odd ability to control certain elements and compounds.
The true reason for this is unknown to the Foundation, but scientists suspect is it due to
an accident involving an explosion in a breaker room which exposed SCP-13101 to enough voltage to kill a human 50 times over. This resulted in SCP-13101 being able to 'control' electricity, however more testing is needed. Prior to the incident, SCP-13101 seems docile towards staff though he shows no sign of communication and has remained silent. This could be due to his personal nature, or perhaps internal damage of his vocal cords due to the accident.
Containment - SCP-13101 is to be contained in a 5m x 5m x 3m chamber, with whatever conductive
material is the most available. A small rubber band 1.5cm in thickness is to be worn by
SCP-13101 at all times, due to its conductive properties. The chamber consists of a bed, table with a chair, and various objects that SCP-13101 can play with. However, no electronic items can enter the room as SCP-13101 could use the electrical energy for his own use.
Interviews and Confrontation - Scientists are yet to confront SCP-13101, as they have placed him in a
2 month quarantine to view and record his actions and behaviour. They will wait to decide whether SCP-13101 is 'safe' to approach. The questions they will ask are classified, but will probably consist of his origin.
