Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4XXX is to be kept in a sealed room with █ MTF units. Surveillance is required at all times in the event of a reemergence of 4XXX-1. 4XXX is to be left on a pedestal no less than four feet off the ground. It must have free air no less than 20 cubic feet around it. There must be a researcher within no less than 50 feet of the cell at all times. They must be ready to report to the room immediately.
Description: SCP-4XXX is a gemstone of unknown composition. The gemstone is a clear color. The gem has an extremely low score on the Mohs scale, bending and flaking away upon contact with even human skin.
4XXX, upon sustaining any damage, reverts itself to its previous cushion cut [1] form. The gemstone does this through means unknown. The parts of 4XXX that come off disappear in ██-███ minutes. Analysis of the containment cell's atmosphere indicates that the shards and fragments that come off of the stone evaporate, starting after the aforementioned time is up. The evaporation process only takes 30-47 seconds to be completely dispersed.
UPDATE 12/██/20██ Judging by its new color, 4XXX is most likely to have Chromium in its composition. This conclusion is drawn from its red tint.
Tests with the durability of 4XXX led to the use of electricity in an attempts to check its conductivity. Upon its use, 4XXX began to gyrate about its bottom axis, and give off a glow that pulsates, rising to 150 watts in ██ minutes before falling to 60 watts in ██ minutes. Physical contact with 4XXX in this time results in an immediate feeling of inertia, and are nearly always compelled to vomit, likely by the sensation produced by 4XXX. 4XXX also produces electricity equal to ███ amps. Upon contact with a human, the number drops drastically to a point where it produces a painful yet non-lethal shock of 11 milliamps.
On 02/██/20██, Tests by Dr.B██████ led to Addendum-1, allowing personel to make contact with 4XXX-1. Subsequent tests led to the contact made with 4XXX-1 Alpha through Delta.
4XXX-1 is a race of beings. Individual features vary, but there are 5 constants noted through all the ones who’ve made contact.
-They stand anywhere between 8-12 feet tall.
-They are entirely constructed of some type of energy, estimated to be a combination of one or more noble gasses, judging by the colors.
- They do not communicate via sound. Their thoughts are broadcasted to everyone in an 85 foot radius. As such, they don’t require to know any language to communicate with a subject. Subjects can entirely comprehend and understand anything a being projects into their mind regardless of capacity for thought.
-They are sapient and sentient.
-Their bodies are much sleeker than human ones, and instances are recorded to have limbs long enough to touch the ground at full height. They also have a hunched posture, akin to a macropus rufus.
UPDATE(ADD.3)
-The being's plasma-like state is theorized to be in result of them vibrating at ludicrous speeds. This may be what is referred to as them losing speed.
From this point onward, instances will be referred to as 4XXX-1, subsequent instances are referred to as 1b, 1c, etc.
Post event testing of the air reveals that next to none of the anomalous particles remain behind, implying that the formation of 4XXX-1 instances in the room removed the matter from the air.
Every instance thus far has also made reference to a job they uphold (See Addendums 1-4.).
Discovery:
A con artist in ████████, Pennsylvania would sell chips of the stone to people passing by on the street. The foundation was contacted when multiple complaints about the sold parts of the rock disintegrated up to an hour after the sell date. The police front for the foundation tracked down the conman and took her into custody, delivering Class G amnestics in reference to the gemstone before sending 4XXX to Site 9-██ for testing. Afterwards, during initial anomaly inspection, the gemstone was dropped and shattered across the ground. Moments later, the gemstone regenerated itself, leading to durability testing.
Addendum 5 (5/3/2019):
Spontaneously, 4XXX lost all power and fell to the floor. Subsequent attempts at restoring anomalous nature were failures.
UPDATE 04/██/20██ After Addendum 5, 4XXX is now its original clear color, and has lost its luster. Subsequent shocks do not reactivate 4XXX, and its regenerative nature appears to continue. 4XXX has also lost its harmful properties, and contact is safe again.

Current methods of dealing with the after effects of SCP-13 9 24 are insufficient.Using SCP-|||| , information regarding scpx is to be sent to previous incarnations of the Foundation in an attempt to prevent the events of scpx as soon as possible.
Description: scpx is made up of 2 parts. The scpx-1 describes a scenario in which an SK-Class "Broken Masquerade" scenario is caused following the near instantaneous creation of 23,595 wormholes within 25 meters of various anomalousentities. This led to an unprecidented breach of 98% of all anomalous entitiesunder foundation control. As such, the foundation came out to the public describing scpx, as well as public safety information.
