Basic idea: Clef (Agent Ukulele of the GOC at the time) kills Hinderson's family under GOC instructions.
Basic idea: Hinderson is relocated to light containment after reports of escaping containment.
Basic idea: Alto, Jack, Charles, Benjamin and Marcus make a band. Ukulele, Bass Guitar, Piano, Singer and Drummer (In respective order.)
Basic idea: A record of Site-01 during the SCRAMBLE order in the http://www.scp-wiki.net/scuttle tale.
The email came through just before the end of the shift. Every single monitor that was open on a technician or RAISA computer flashed up with a Red Flagged Email. Everyone was being called in to Site-01 to fix the "Dead Man's Switch", including Rho-9 operatives that were working in other sites. The office phone clicked as it was raised from its resting place, and the buttons were pressed and dialed the RAISA office. It rung once before it was picked up.
"I need to speak with Director Jones. Now." There was a haste as the assistant ran to the head RAISA office. "Yes, Director Jones? This is Agent H, acting commander of Rho-9. I just received your email regarding the 'SCRAMBLE' order for all technical staff, and I would like to remind you that MTF units can't just be recalled at a moments notice."
There was an inaudible sound coming from the receiver, that no one else in the room could hear.
"Why do I need my identifier code, just send someone to the outpost thats only 30 miles out?! Yes I'm in the offices, where else would I call you from?" Silence. "Fine, its Rho-niner-H-support-tech-01. Is that verified now? Look, I have at least thirty agents split out across the foundation facilities, all keeping their designated sites and areas stable, with another dozen split out in outposts and response stations. I can't just bring them in, we just don't have the space in the MTF quarters over here."
People started to stand up and log off, and they stared in request. Agent H gave a dismissive nod of approval.
"When are we evacuating personnel?" Agent H opened his notepad application. "February 10? I'll be able to get them ready for transport for the 8th, but no sooner. Are you sure this is a critical case?"
He typed on the keyboard the new information.
"Okay, I'll tell the agents to try to get SCUTTLE working form their ends, but for now I need a training document for the operatives here do I can get them down to you ASAP. Yes, I'll email everyone now. Most of their shifts just ended, so they should be able to read it. Oh and Maria, the rest of the foundation will need to be told this. We can't just let them stay in the dark. We are looking at a possible K-Class scenario and a Broken Masquerade scenario of this all goes downhill, or if this turns out to be a false alarm. Okay; Goodbye."
The phone clicked as it entered its socket, and Agent H sighed. RASIA would never let Rho-9 or a foundation technician look at SCUTTLE, and the new order was enough to shake the most experienced of technicians. This was a real threat, and one that all the foundations enemies could exploit. He opened the email application and typed.

Subject: SCRAMBLE RAISA Order.
Importance: High
Message:
Attention all Rho-9 Operatives,
As you may have seen by the recent email sent out by RAISA Director Maria Jones, all available technicians and RAISA staff are to report to Site-01 immediately, including Rho-9 Agents. You are NOT to follow the SCRAMBLE order that has been issued. Instead you are to follow the following instructions based off of your location.Site-01: You are to report to the main computer lab when your shift begins for training in the SCUTTLE systems. After your training has ended, you are to assist RAISA staff in repairing the system before the switch is triggered for all sites.
The field: Return for transport to Site-01 immediately. You will be trained and briefed on your arrival.
Observation posts: You are to remain in your positions. If your post is connected to the SCUTTLE system however, see below for your instructions.
Secure facilities: You are to relocate on the 8th of February to Site-01 as a last effort. You are to prepare to leave 1 week beforehand at the latest and you must not miss this extraction point. Failure to extract will result in you being evacuated with other personnel in the facility.
The Wanderers Library: You are to remain within the safety of the library, and work with Sigma-3 to establish a foundation presence should the shit hit the fan.
Anyone caught not following these rules will be apprehended and punished appropriately, with the most likely outcome being termination. This is not controlled by me, and will be carried out by Alpha-1 agents. I may not be the leader of Rho-9, but I still expect you to carry out these orders. I don't need to tell you how serious the situation is.
Agent H,
Acting Commander of Rho-9
Operatives poured in from the barracks, both members from Station-01 and field agents, as the first training was prepared. Nobody had a clue what to do with the system, nobody was even trained in this technology. But a majority feared how ancient it was. This equipment was around before most operatives, Rho-9 or otherwise, and it was the thing that could bring the foundation to its knees. And RAISA never thought to replace the systems and only modify it.
"I assume you all read the emails sent yesterday. I don't need to remind you that Alpha-1 is watching our every move. Anyone trying to run or slack off without valid reasoning or permission from me will be punished severely. Again, this is not my doing, but Alpha-1's. And, due to my inexperience with the system myself, we will utilise a video provided by RAISA along side informational sheets, so apologies if this is a bit cheesy."
There was a few laughs between the operatives. The lights were dimmed and the tape began. It was detailed, but surprisingly short as the lights were returned to standard brightness within half an hour.
Basic Idea: H is exposed, returns his name to Hinderson and enters the Private Investigator business. Gears recruits him to end a breach.
Basic Idea: Base line for Olympia, resulted in 076-2 breach and Hinderson gaining anomalous powers.
Basic Idea: The Task Forces are meeting, and Alpha-9 is taken to them to see if the Forces agree with Alpha-9.
There was always a large meeting room somewhere in Station-01. With many of the MTF Commanders always knowing what was going on in each others departments, especially at a specific time of the month, there was no doubt amongst the operatives that there were secret meetings that very few knew of, all of which only knew because they attended them. This was, in fact, completely true, and the meeting rooms's enterance was a staircase in the conference room. Of course, the meeting room was objectibely larger and more technologically advanced than its connected room. Where could all the Commanders securely meet and discuss when the room was only able to comfortably fit ten people in at any time? The meeting room had enough seats to fit fifty or so commanders, with a secure connection system to speak with commanders who either couldn't make it or didn't command a Task Force deemed important enough by the Alpha-1 Commander, the chairman of the meetings in a way. Each had assigned seats, ranging from majors such as Epsilon-11 and Nu-7 to those who manage to keep their seats due to their adaptability, such as Rho-9 or Eta-5. Even Kappa-10 had a seat, despite being a temporary MTF. There was always one seat though, a seat that was never filled, but always had its label polished by the trusted janitor. The label was Omega-7's. And that seat would be filled within the session.
The commanders had all entered the room when the door closed. Each chair had a polished tag and a cleaned tablet ready for the meeting that was about to begin.
"Beginning todays meeting, we're starting with the infromaltities to get them out of the way rather than our usual order because we have a serious issue this month." Commander Thomson, Commander of Alpha-1, always began the meetings. "Rho-9, Mu-4 and Kappa-10 have all worked conjucntly to successfully earn this month's award for successfully preventing multiple breaches from occuring by containing 5018 in Site-15. Of course, Lambda-12 continue to hold the award of losing no operatives."
There were laughs from across the table, and from the communications array the other commanders were using.
"In order to swiftly move things along, formalities will be cut short until the meeting concludes, but please congratulate Phobos the new Pi-1 Commander after we end. The council has requested that, with us being of a high enough clearance to know about this, we give our opinions on a new task force, and also the new commander. This will be lead by the new commander, Director Light. Remember, this is opinions and not a decision, this task force will be brought in regardless."
There was a quiet murmur as the director walked in. It was obvious that the rumours were true. Light was the commander of the biggest mistake the name "MTF" bared. She had some explaining before there was a revolt.
"The council has agreed on the creation of a new task force, as Commander Thomson just said, which will follow the practices of an old task force. I will be leading Alpha-9, deignated 'Last Hope', which will be followed by a secondary task force lead by Dr. Clef. The majority of the task force will be lead by SCP-105, and we will be taking up the role that Omega-7 held bef-"
Light was cut off before she could finish. Everyone in that room had something to say about the idea, regardless of their original links nine years ago. No one had a good opinion of what the council had done, and even worse that an old anomaly from the original task force was leading the teams. There were concerns with the veil, the lives of operatives and even if other task forces would go under because of understaffing. For once, the middle man was not Thomson, who was arguing against the council's decision for once, but instead the Commander of Eta-4, a pelican with the name "Kiwi", calmed the commanders with a loud squawk and flapping her wings, rocking the perch upon which he stood. When everyone had calmed down, she signalled for Light to continue with her wing whilst remaining quiet to hear her argument. Kiwi's choice to not speak was ambitious, which helped to calm the commanders.
"Thank you commander. I will be ensuring that our safety precautions are double the reliability than Omega-7's, as well as the fact that we most likely will not be brining 076-2 back to the table because of the incident with Area-25, resulting in the death of multiple site personnel and MTF operatives from Nu-7 and Epsilon-11, as well as any emergency personnel that other task forces sent in. Rather than under the Bowe Commission like last time, we will be working with the council and other task forces to make sure that we don't fall into a heap of smouldering piles of ash. We will be avoiding as many confrontations with the US Government as well, ensuring that Alpha-9 is entirely foundation-run."
There were still doubts, but this had effectively changed the minds of most commanders. The largest fear was that there would be too much interferance from the US Government, and the fact that the Bowe Commission was no longer a contributor came as a relief for most. Others became calmer when the it was announced that 076 was not involved either. There were still a few that were skeptical though, most of which had neutral opinions.
Thomson began to speak again, it was clear that there would be no need of further discussion of Alpha-9 until after it was in full force. "All in favour of sharing assets with Alpha-9, including personnel and weaponry please flag green on the communications system, otherwise flag red. If you vote against, you won't be questioned on why and it will not be asked of you to reveal yourself. You may, however, reveal yourself should you choose to. In a majority vote, all task forces will have to share regardless, so make your choice wisely. Minority agreement will share between themselves and Alpha-9 only, with all against meaning that Alpha-9 will be on its own."
The monitors beeped as each vote was counted and put into the system as a pie chart ready for when all votes were counted. The longer they took, the more sekptical they were about the new task force and the more time it took for them to consider it. And when the votes were all in, they were put onto the large monitor at the front of the room, which was opposite the enterance. An almost full agreement, with only one vote against. No one knew who it was that voted against the sharing of recources. Then Agent H stood up from his seat behind the Rho-9 tag. It became clear who had said no.
"If I may, I would like to point out that, despite what Director Light has said to encourage our co-operation, that this task force is still a dangerous method of containment. The insurgency split off from Alpha-1 because of our lack of usage of SCPs as weaponry. Omega-7 was already pushing the boundaries of what seperated us from them, and that was mostly funded by the Bowe Commission, so we could blame them if the shit hit the fan, if you'll excuse the explicit language. However, Alpha-9 will be entirely our fault. We're funding it, we're supplying it, we are responsible when it goes down! We can take as many precautions as we like, there will always be things we can't control. Everyone in this room was cleared on 'Incident Zero' so that we all know what had happenned to the operatives that had died in that incident, as well as to avoid a repeat. That event accellerated the foundations disconnection from General Bowe, and heavily contributed towards the loss of several high ranking officials, like Agent Andrews or the former Rho-9 Commander. We didn't even find Commander Stephens until recently when the facility was resurfaced after 9 years. If this happens again, all task force commanders and, more importantly, the council will be held directly responsible. And what happens when the operatives and site directors find out that we've failed at keeping our own task force under check? Will we stop when theres a riot in the facilities, or do we end upon the revolution that results in a new council and MTF leadership? I don't believe that there is fault within the council, but this decision may leave the veil, or the foundation, in a smouldering pile of concrete and bodies at the mercy of the GoIs that regularly watch over us."
H sat down, he had said everything he wanted, and he was disappointed that only he didn't want to see another dangerous task force get taken down from the inside out like last time. But H was the minority, and therefore Rho-9 would have to sacrafice more to the project, and Rho-9 suffered amongst the most, losing half of its higher level personnel in one mission that had only a small amount of long term Omega-7 operatives. Rho-9 operatives often transferred to Omega-7 to get experience with SCPs and the field, and none that transferred ever came back.
But it looked like the task forces still had to give more to the foundation than just the loyalty. The Devil had demanded that the seat of Omega-7 was filled. And the council had filled it.
Letters arrived on each desk, bunk or storage box. It was about time that Alpha-9 began requesting for staff and recourses from the other task forces. It had only been a week or two since Alpha-9 had been announced to the commanders, but it was abnormally long compared to what other task forces took to request for staff and supplies. The unlucky operatove that had to deliver the letters left one next to Agent H's office and ran, not wanting to be there when the letter is opened.
He opened the letter, skimmed through it and slammed it against the desk. Kiwi lifted a wing onto the Rho-9 commander's shoulder, attempting to calm him.
"Everyone in that room knew what happened to Brians, you don't need to sign on like he did. You just need to acknowledge that you got the letter and tell them no."
"I know Kiwi, its just hard knowing that if he hadn't have signed up as a reserve for Omega-7, we wouldn't be here discussing this. I don't even trust anomalies in the foundation working as personnel, let alone being the final line between us and death… no offence."
Kiwi shook her head, opening her beak a little.
"I'll try not to take any, but remember that 3095 has some of the most powerful assets, some of which had it ordered for termination. I was one of the last to get out of Peli before it burnt to the ground. Oh, how times have changed…"
Basic Idea: The Bloom/Thorn's site, SCP-2000 Facility, has finally resurfaced inside Yellowstone's mountain, and the mountain has a door. H wants a closer look. The facility has undergone a time lapse, and the Rho-9 Commander is found alive. (Found at the start of the Stage 1 section.)
Basic Idea:
Part 1 "Secure": Most Lambda-2 operatives are sent out on a dispatch mission, only to find it faked.
Part 2 "Contain": H, Clef, O5-10 (and salt) and Adams are kidnapped by Alison Chao. The Council is tested.
Part 3 "Portect": The unknown GoI takes over the kidnapping, and more hostages are taken. H breaks, Salt is injured and Hinderson lashes out at 10 and salt.
Part 4 "Lies": H flees to the Thorn, and the retired O5-12 named "Adam" pays O5-13 a visit. (Note: O5-13 "Tamlin" is believed to be the O5-13 in the resurrection canon, but is unconfirmed.)
Basic Idea: GoIs from across the world are gathered to one place by the new GoI that has raided the foundation. Why? To make war on the rivals, or alliances? Tav-666 is sent in to investingate.
Notes:
- H is in a cage
- Gears is captured
- Clef is in an unmarked van
- Adams barely escapes
- GOC White Suit squadron is found and killed.
Basic Idea: After 2 years of being the acting commander, H is finally promoted to the job fully, where he learns Rho-9 is under threat of being dissolved into Mu-4 and Kappa-10 taking on some of the old duties.
