Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Keter

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a standard human containment cell. Only personnel with Level 3 access or higher are to be admitted to the cell. SCP-XXXX is to be monitored but uncontained and undisturbed. Foundation personnel are not to come into contact with SCP-XXXX in any way.

Description:

SCP-XXXX is a 5’4 human female of Caucasian descent.

Every sixty minutes that SCP-XXXX is contained, an SCP breaches containment. This anomalous effect was not observed until three days after SCP-XXXX had been first detained by Foundation agents. During this time, Site-████ underwent a critical containment breach, and [REDACTED].

SCP-XXXX’s anomalous effect is specific to the SCP Foundation organizations which are aware of the existence of anomalies; SCP-XXXX was arrested by the ████ police department at age [DATA REDACTED] for a minor criminal offense, during which time there were no containment breaches.

Addendum XXXX-1:

SCP-XXXX was contained for a total of one week, during which time one hundred and three SCPs breached containment at various sites, resulting in [REDACTED]. In response, Site Director ████ determined that SCP-XXXX was to be amnesticized and released in order to avoid further breaches. Its actions are monitored; however, it displays no comprehension of its anomalous nature, and appears to pose minimal threat to either the Foundation or the world when uncontained.

Addendum XXXX-2:

Four days after SCP-XXXX’s release, Dr. ████ had it detained by the ████ police department. SCP-XXXX spent a total of eight hours in the ████ police station, during which time eight SCPs breached containment (one of which caused [REDACTED]). SCP-XXXX was removed from detainment, re-amnesticized, and re-released. Dr. ████ was reprimanded.

It has been determined that SCP-XXXX’s condition considers any confinement resulting from the Foundation’s actions as ‘containment’. There are to be no such actions in future.

Addendum XXXX-3:

Twelve days after the above events, the Chaos Insurgency deployed agents to capture SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX was moved to a hidden CI location and its whereabouts were unknown to the Foundation for a total of seven hundred and forty-one hours. During this time, Sites-██ and ██ underwent mass containment breaches, and [DATA REDACTED] other breaches occurred in other facilities. It was determined that containment by anyone aware of the existence of anomalies triggered SCP-XXXX’s effect.

The Foundation mobilized MTFs in an effort to secure SCP-XXXX; at the end of the seven hundred and forty-one hours, the CI base at which SCP-XXXX was being held was discovered and targeted. SCP-XXXX was unharmed during this time. It was relocated to a new home in [REDACTED] – during which time, in the custody of Foundation agents, SCP-982 breached containment – and was re-amnesticized.

Addendum XXXX-4:

Four days after the above events, the Chaos Insurgency initiated an attack on SCP-XXXX’s new location. This attack was successfully repelled; however, [DATA REDACTED] casualties were suffered by Foundation agents in defense of SCP-XXXX and [DATA REDACTED] was destroyed. SCP-XXXX was re-amnesticized. No containment breaches were suffered during this time.

Addendum XXXX-5:

Site Director ████ made the decision to terminate SCP-XXXX to prevent hostile GOIs from using it as a weapon against the Foundation. SCP-XXXX was terminated.

Addendum XXXX-6:

It has been determined that SCP-XXXX’s condition considers termination to be ‘containment’.
