Elevator Pitch: shoes are found by the foundation in an abandoned house after a Mobile task force squad in police was alerted to it. The second the regents enter the room they feel the memetic effect to put the shoes on. One MTF agent puts the shoes on and the they attach to him and start leaching off his blood for a solid couple minutes, the agent screams in pain from the possible ways the shoes are leaching into him for his blood. The agent passes out from blood loss, this gives the dilemma how the foundation transports the shoes without risking more possible MTF to it.
Central Narrative:The foundation decided to transport it in a metal box un aware of what it would cause. As they set the box in an empty containment cell, they discover more of the effects of the shoes. As time goes on they learn more about the effects from the shoes and how to contain it
Hook/Attentions grabbers: That they discover what damage does to the shoes and causes incidents making people put there feet in it with memetic effects and what force removal of the shoes cause to the human.
