HHF Amnestetic V 1.0.0

HFF Lab Manual: Part 7- Applied Formula Details

HHF Department of Chemicals and Medicines (HHF.DCM) has composed a manual on our current field tested amnestetic.

The V 1.0 amnestetic currently being mass produced, dubbed Sanguine Cerebrum, has had 753 thousand liters exported to sites around the globe(and parts of space under foundation control). Currently over 35% of the manufactured serum have been shipped to site [redacted] by carrier plane and underground railway, the other 65% being sent to other foundation controlled areas.

A few warnings before going further into detail of formula and manufacturing.

Please do not use amnestetics while under the affect of any of the following:

  • alcohol/prescription pain killers
  • concussion, broken skull, lack of oxegyn to the brain, or any other head trauma/brain damage
  • paralyzation
  • physic induced anything
  • stronger test amnestetics
  • lack of grey matter
  • information overload

and more along with any onsite regulations.

Due to choices made by the ethics committee, D personal are not to be used for testing new amnestetics unless likely to die soon, have extreme psychological trauma, or are carrying highly classified data and are not affected by current standard amnestetics.

Large portions of mass production of Sanguine Cerebrum is done in [redacted], Russia on plant HHF 2C. Large as a small town, plant HHF 2C is a completely self sustaining plant with it’s own shopping center, downtown area, housing, small businesses, and nature preserve. Most of the plant is minimum restriction with only the formula, storage, and exportation times being at higher classification levels. While there is housing at HHF 2C the only permanent residents are a skeleton crew of D personnel, security guards, and scientists. All other residents are brought in from other locations for certain periods of time. While HFF 2C is the biggest production plant, it’s output is not the highest. Plant HHF 6Y-B has the highest output of amnestetics, in part do to its nature. HFF 6Y-B is an experimental part of station HHF 6Y. Plant HFF 6Y-B is off the coast of [redacted] in the [redacted] sea. The only staff are 2 mechanics and 3 security guards, rotated in shifts every couple of months. This is because the plant is almost completely automatic, and though it can’t research new amnestetics it does produce a little over 30% of all current amnestetics.

The formula of Sanguine Cerebrum is classified, but can be found in the Level 3 Cleanup Equipment handbook given to response forces who must deal with civilians or any clearance above level 2’s Fondation Standard Chemicals booklet, under subsection HHF. Remember, the abuse of amnestics is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action, demotion, or both. In all cases, the Ethics Committee has the final word on approval and decisions regarding amnestic use and misuse respectively.
