Special Containment Procedures: SCP 3264 is to be stored at site ██. SCP 3264 must have its wheels submerged in concrete at all times. SCP 3264 is to be kept turned off at all times except during testing. In case of a containment breach SCP 3264’s engine must be flooded with water for 3 hours to ensure the engine is turned off. SCP 3264 is to be held in a standard containment cell lined with lead plaiting. The lead plaiting is to be approximately 5 inches thick on each side, to repel gamma rays from harming anyone outside of the cell. In case of a containment breach Mobile Task Force: Beta 7 the (Maz Hatters) are to be deployed to clean up the mess and restore containment of the site.
Description: SCP 3264 is a small chrome hatchback found parked in front of the ██████ in the town of █████████. SCP 3264 has a license plate with the branding of ████████ ████. The license plate has the number of [G4WAVE]. When the plate is ran through the Foundations Database only one thing pops up, the plate number with it stating that the name of the owner is “Burn Baby Burn”. When the name is ran through the foundations database nothing shows up. The vehicle has no make or model on the exterior where other cars have branding labels and there make and model. When compared to other vehicles it is almost identical to the 1979 Honda Civic, except when the engine is powered on the vehicle emits an extreme amount of gamma rays witch can kill every form of life within 50 Meters. When searching for a fuel access point, none can be found. All tests have proven that SCP 3264 does not use fuel. Tests to find out how it powers its self and where the gamma rays are created and released have be proven inconclusive. When SCP 3264 is approached you can hear a voice, weather this is 3264 or a physiological hazard is still to be determined.
Addendum: A request was submitted by Dr. ████ to the 05 Council for a test to test if SCP 3264 has cognitive abilities, like communications Dr. ████ believes that if he can find out how to basically talk to SCP 3264 they could ask it questions about its origins. Test was a fail.
