Each instance of SCP-4399 is to be kept under constant supervision by one plainsight-concealed FoundationSmart© civil monitoring camera outfitted with night-vision optics. All instances are to be inspected manually once every two years.
Description: SCP-4399 is a collection of numerous discoid shaped metallic castings of varying dimensions all exhibiting the same anomalous property. Radiocarbon analysis suggests that instances of SCP-4399 where produced over a period spanning from 1460 BCE to 610 BCE.
All instances are composed predominantly of pure bronze with occasional nickel fillings. Numerous instances of SCP-4399 have suffered damages prior too or during containment, through the anomalous properties remain present in such instances.
Human solid or liquid waste making physical contact with an instance of SCP-4399 will slowly dissipate into a hume fluctuation. The rate at which this dissipation occurs is 2.36 humes per minute. This reactions is speculated to be baseline, as Xantex temporal sinks fail to hinder the reaction. If so, the location in spacetime that matter reaches after reacting with SCP-4399 has yet to be identified.
Addendum SCP-4399-1 Object History: Instances of SCP-4399 are fictitious creations rendered into existence by the overlapping of the Deavas narrative with the progression of world-history. The containment of SCP-140 has permanently prevented the creation of any additional instances of SCP-4399. Analysis of literary materials contested by SCP-4399 have identified the Deavaians impetus for creating instances of SCP-4399 as being in retaliation to an ambiguous extreaworldy event.

"Late in the reign of Selzar XVI a new steller colony was identified. The master celestrius at the time, a man by the name of Ismortis (1462BC-1487BC) wrote of the colony as being "Of a faint red tint, sometimes louting the sky in such a manner that moved not with its own sisters, visible upon the northwind on most nights, absent on others. In the year of 1465BC Selzar suffered a stillborn child, and by devasian law was therefore unfit to be queen. A coalition headed by Selzar's brother Yustaki ended the young queens rule shortly after. Selzar is recorded as having been killed during a battle somewhere near what would be present day Bukhar-Zhyrau Kazakhstan.(Excerpt from SCP-140 afflicted document-1021)
The Death of Selzar XVI is noted as having had an impact on the Crown of Selzar. Allegedly, The colony was never sighted in the nights sky at any-point following Selzar XVI's death. While various theories about the event have been risen, no solid conclusion has been reached regarding what the Crown of Selzar was.(Excerpt from SCP-140 afflicted document-1023)
In response to growing hostilities regarding his inability to produce a heir, Selzar XVII ordered Grand Dadogart Kumbrysia to recognise the house of Selzar with a curse stemming from Selzar XVI's transgressions. To rid his house of the curse Selzar ordered the production of sacrificial disks, similar to those used to sacrifice slaves and foodstuffs for the gods.Selzars believed that if the sacrificial disks functioned as mediums from mortal to God, they could also function as a medium from mortal to spirit. By royal decree all houses of nobility where to defecate on the disks when possible.
Addendum SCP-4399-2: On 8/21/18, between the hours of 0500 and 0800, a series of unprecedented spikes in electromagnetic radiation originating from the planet Jupiter caused a considerable hysteria amongst the research staff of an unspecified object. This hysteria nearly culminated in the unnecessary instatement of a highly invasive and irreversible containment protocol.
Mobile Task Force Kappa-3 "Yellow Pages" was assigned to the investigation of these emissions and found a correlation the usage of SCP-4399.
