Description: SCP-XXXX refers to a remote village located in Russia. A storage silo located in SCP-XXXX is labeled Cigars. When a large amount of wheat is placed within the silo and the silo is closed. The silo will lock itself and then unlock within 10-15 seconds. Upon reopening the silo multiple Cuban cigars replace the supply of wheat placed into the silo.

SCP-XXXX functions under a concept referred to by SCP-XXXX-A instances as "anomalous communism". Which is based on the political philosophy of Anarcho-communism. The differences become apparent when a person truly assimilates into the population.³

When a non-anomalous person assimilates into the population of SCP-XXXX they are to be reclassified to SCP-XXXX-A. Upon assimilation the SCP-XXXX-A instances gain access to a variety of anomalous traits.

When an Anomalous person assimilates into the population of SCP-XXXX they are to be reclassified to SCP-XXXX-B. Upon assimilation they gain access to the anomalous traits that SCP-XXXX-A instances can use, however their trait gets added to the list of traits usable by all SCP-XXXX-A and SCP-XXXX-B instances. All SCP-XXXX-B instances are to be numbered for monitoring purposes.
