Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-2459 is to be contained within a standard holding cell fitted with specialized air conditioning units that keep the holding cell at a consistent 1 degree Celsius.
Any change in this temperature is to be fixed within a period of 24 hours or less.

Description:
SCP-2459 is a humanoid organism standing at 2.5 meters tall. The organism's arms extend from it's shoulders to the ground. SCP-2458 has a neck but no head. Instead it has what appears to be a long candle wick. Analyses of this "wick" has shown that it is not flammable and appears to be made of the flesh of SCP-2459.
SCP-2459 has the ability to produce a bright blue light from it's "wick".
This light has been shown to have several negative effects on the minds of any humans that are directly exposed to this light.
Any humans exposed to SCP-2459's light for more than 35-40 minutes will begin to experience feelings of severe mental distress and self hatred.
