Special Containment Procedures:
A reinforced steel dome with a circumference of 14 miles would surround SCP-XXXX, with artificial lighting used to mimic the surrounding area’s day and night patterns. 12 layers of titanium-steel alloy would cover the inner-layers of the dome, each with the thickness of 20 meters, with 5 meter spaces between each layer. 6 entrances around the dome are to be built, each guarded by 2 security guards.
All civilian ships crossing within 50 miles of SCP-XXXX shall be redirected around the area or towards the opposite direction, passengers on the vehicles shall then be given a dose of amnestics depending on the severity of their encounter with SCP-XXXX. Description:
SCP-XXXX is an almost perfectly circular area with the perimeter of 12.6 miles (20.2 kilometers), although once within the area, SCP-XXXX appears to be much more vast and spacious. The earth within SCP-XXXX is made of Sulfur, Iron, Mercury, [REDACTED], and Sodium, composed and placed in a way that would resemble soil, stones, plant-matter, several living organisms, and [REDACTED].
The object is located on the exact midst of Lake [REDACTED], floating 49 feet (15 meters) above the lake.
SCP-XXXX appears only during heavy and dense fogs, for unknown reasons.
4█ living organisms have been found within the object. All organic matter supposed to be found within the organisms is replaced with minerals found within SCP-XXXX.

SCP-XXXX-C-2
Description: SCP-XXXX-C-2, capable of speech despite having seemingly no openings or orifices any where within it’s body, is a humanoid with chalk-white skin that refers to itself as “Thomas Green”. The organism has sensory organs beneath it’s skin replacing eyes, and severely elongated arms. SCP-XXXX-C-2
has only been sighted 4 times, and communicated in only 3 of those occurrences. SCP-XXXX-C-2 is docile and welcoming towards any entity, even in threatening situations. SCP-XXXX-C-2 has shown regenerative properties if damaged, although clearly showing pain when so.
Addendum-C-2-02: The following is a video transcript of when Agent █████, Agent Harkens, and D-9102 reported of the second occurrence SCP-XXXX-C-2. SCP-XXXX-C-2 would converse with them for a total of 6 minutes and 12 seconds, with a seemingly hesitant and panicked voice.
Agent Harkens’ camera would begin recording, depicting a distant humanoid figure staring at them from a distance of 4 yards. Said figure is extremely hard to see due to the immense and thick fog.
Agent Harken: What the hell— .. Who are you?
The humanoid figure moved closer, leaning in to seemingly show themselves.
SCP-XXXX-C-2: No, who are you? You’re a rather strange looking littl-
SCP-XXXX-C-2 appeared to look at Agent Harken, despite having no facial features, including eyes.

Living organisms found within SCP-XXXX resemble species native to the surrounding area. Due to that, it is theorized that mineralizing is a side-effect of entering SCP-XXXX.
Two paths, a dirt and an asphalt path, run through the middle of SCP-XXXX, starting from opposing directions/shores, and once followed, leads to an dark red entity, with mostly indiscernible features which is seemingly the source of all the anomalous events
