Special Containment Procedures: Due to the nature of SCP-4814 no security measures are necessary for containment and it is to be placed on the ground floor hallway below a skylight and is to be watered weekly. SCP-4814-1 is to contained within High Value Storage locker 42B
SCP-4814-1 is only to be introduced to SCP-4814 during an interview which must be approved by personnel with security clearance 3 or higher
Description SCP-4814 is a large aloe vera plant that shows no anomalous properties. SCP-4814-1 is a small device that when inserted into the soil of SCP-4814 allows it to communicate trough text, the foundation later modified the device with a text to speech program allowing it to speak directly to personnel. Inserting 4814-1 into another plant's soil has yielded no results yet. When SCP-4814 is coupled with 4814-1 it claims to be omniscient and is willing to answer most questions. Though some it will refuse to answer or instead give an inflammatory response in an attempt to irritate the interviewer. It is currently unknown if SCP-4814's ability to hear and understand any language is a property of SCP-4814-1, or a property of 4814 itself. all tests of SCP-4814's omniscience have thus yielded positive results, Researcher ███████ asked several questions about his own personal life, and SCP-4814 answered each question correctly, when asked to complete several complex mathematical equations it responded immediately with the correct answer. It was asked to solve an unsolvable math problem to which it responded "Your Mother, hahahahahaha" This was the first time 4814 had given an inflammatory answer like this.

SCP-4814 and 4814-1 were both found in a greenhouse in █████████, New Mexico where it was found by local authorities with SCP 4814-1 hooked up to a CRT monitor the foundation was contacted after Officer ███████ asked another officer "what is this thing" to which SCP-4814 responded "I am an aloe vera plant"
