SAMAEL PROTOCOLS

While the Foundation, as a supranational entity, does not typically engage in the internal affairs of major countries unless strictly necessary for the containment of the anomalous, in the event of end of the world scenarios and other international crises national governments may prove uncooperative to the Foundation and it's goals.

To facilitate what should be done in such an event in the case for the United States Government, the Samael Protocols have been drafted to allow for the Foundation to re-establish control over the United States Government. These protocols have been further classified based on the severity of the situation based on a color-coding system.

To ensure the security of any agents that may be involved in any Samael Protocols, they will be exclusively identified via the codenames assigned below. These codenames are utilized in relation to Samael Protocols and have been utilized by multiple agents.

• Agents JUPITER, JUNO, and CERES are three members of the United States Senate, currently occupied by senior agents with a background in politics. At minimum two such positions within the House of Representatives are required at any one time, with these two agents being required to be separately in both the Republican and Democratic Parties.
• Agents HERCULES, MARS, VULCAN, BELLONA, and JUVENTAS are five members of the United States House of Representatives, currently occupied by senior agents with a background in politics. At minimum two such positions within the House of Representatives are required at any one time, with these two agents being required to be separately in both the Republican and Democratic Parties.
• Agents MINERVA and ARES are two members of the United States Military occupying senior positions such as Chief of Staff of the Army, and are occupied by two senior agents with a military background.
• Agent JUDAS is a member of the current president's Cabinet or the Vice President.
