Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3971 should keept in a 60 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm steel box. The Box must be located in a standard 3 m x 3 m x 3 m Safe chamber room, in Site-██. Only Personnel with Level 4 security or highter are allowed to open the box and with testing SCP-3971.
Description: SCP-3971 is a 7 cm x 13 cm x 9 cm electronic clock, with red glowing letters and numbers on the screen. On the left of SCP-3971 are three (3) buttons with symbols on them.
One button with a Plus (+) near the top, one button with a Tilde (~) in the middle and one button with a Minus (-) near the ground. It seems that SCP-3971 don't need batteries to work. It got found in ██████ in year 20██.
On the screen there are shortcuts for all nations on the world with their time which can be selected. By selecting a shortcut of a nation, a subject can change the time of the nation in any time of 00:00 - 24:00 by pressing the button with a symbols Plus (+) or the button with the symbols Minus (-). By pressing the button with the symbols Tilde (~), it will reset the time of the nation how it normaly is. If the time of a nation got changed, it will get brighter or darker there.
Only the countries which got selected will change their time. By leaving the country, the time will be normal again, till the subject enter the country again.
