Description: [scp-4851 class Keter has only been contained one and was only in a cell for less than 30 minutes. When this SCP is not in immediate danger this being will only attempt to escape being successful more than 90% of the time. This SCP has two mechanical arms one with a retractable blade. Along with the arms there is also a part human part robotic right leg. Both the arms and legs give the SCP the ability of strength 4 times its original strength. SCP- 4851 also has a gas mask like face piece with a tinted visor. This SCP wears a white hoodie with torn sleeves and orange pants with the right leg ripped showing the bionic leg enhancement. The last detail is the two-part shoulder piece on the right arm.]
Backstory
When 19 year old ----— got into a crash on a bridge in east Germany in what is approximated to be 1997 the car rolled down a hill into the frozen lake mixed with the car oil and other unknown chemicals the teenager was frozen at the bottom of the deep lake for 13 years. When he was uncovered and thawed the doctors realized that he was still breathing. But his face was mangled from the crash and with a collapsed throat they had to act fast. Anderson Robotics was called to put in place a bionic respiratory system. Along with the other injuries his arms, and right shoulder, where infected by a sub-zero infection that had been eating away at the tissue and bone. His right leg was also split in the upper shin and mid shin area hence the enhancements to the leg. Little did the SCP foundation know that Anderson Robotics company had a deeper meaning for the enhancements. After the 17-year process of repairing, the now adult had suffered so much that he had gone mad and been filled with anger. This rage is what let to his escape. After this he swore, he would never be controlled by anyone. With a deep fear of capture and a hatred for unfair testing on unwilling patients drove him to attack the SCP foundation and slowly upgrading himself with their technology. His hatred for the SCP foundation and Anderson Robotics drove him to be one of the most vicious beings on this planet, being able to take rounds from the highest caliber rifles and withstanding the roughest conditions. After about 20 years there was a new CEO in charge of the Anderson robotics company that also had a strong want for a super soldier and when the SCP had found out about the want he knew he would be searched for, so he went off the radar and still has not been located. The SCP foundation is trying to locate him to the best of there ability. With bases of at least 400 chaos insurgents spread out the nation or in accepting neighboring nations. The radar has still not picked up anything although within the past six months 4 of the bases have gone off radar and are no longer in communication with the SCP foundation. Further investigation is required.
