Description:
SCP - XXXX is a 40×167cm full-sized floor mirror made of galvanized steel and coated with polyester. It is simple in architecture and offers no difference to a normal mirror of the same shape. If a subject gazes into SCP - XXXX, they will find a reflection of themselves, albeit in a depressive, lethargic mood. The subject's emotions while viewing their reflection seems not to affect that of the reflection itself, and attempts at changing said state of emotions have all failed.
The reflection of the subject will follow the subject around, as long as said subject is in clear view of the mirror. If the subject, after viewing their own reflection, were to move away from the mirror, and walk back in front of it, the reflection will dissappear, thus creating the event SCP - XXXX - 1. While SCP - XXXX - 1 is active, the subject that triggered it, thereby named SCP - XXXX - 2 will not see their reflection in the mirror, despite being in clear view of it. The subject will then start behaving erratically, showing creeping signs of anxiety, that will eventually escalate into a panic attack, and at its peak, the name of a loved one will be shouted by the subject, alongside pleas in hopes of keeping said loved one out of harm's reach, and repeated, frantic confirmations that said loved one "has been forgiven" and that there was no longer any need for "violence". Whoever owns the name the subject pronounced will then find death, followed by XXXX - 2 sharing an obsessive urge to destroy the mirror. Camera footage of XXXX - 2's loved one during the events of SCP - XXXX - 1 reveals the existence of SCP - XXXX - 3, an identical replica of XXXX - 2, who is believed to appear around the formation of SCP - XXXX - 1 and directly responsible for the death of the loved one. During both the states of panic, and the ensuing obsession with destroying the mirror, XXXX - 2 will not respond to any outside interaction. It is also noteworthy to state that XXXX - 2's eyes will roll into the back of their head during the first state, albeit not in the second. While XXXX - 2 is attempting to destroy SCP - XXXX's glass, SCP - XXXX - 3 will appear around SCP - XXXX's general vicinity and kill XXXX - 2 before returning to the mirror.
Incident Log #1: Date: 20/2/[REDACTED]
D-Class personnel D-2044A was made to stand facing SCP - XXXX. SCP - XXXX - 1 ensued, followed by a strong urge displayed by D-2044A to destroy the mirror.
SCP - XXXX - 3 appeared around the general vicinity of SCP - XXXX, intending to terminate XXXX - 2.
Due to unforseen events, D-2044A was able to destroy XXXX's glass using the broken foot of a wooden chair, torn by D-2044A themselves.
SCP - XXXX - 3 was able to terminate D-2044A albeit after the breaking of SCP - XXXX's glass.
SCP - XXXX - 3 was not able to retreat into SCP - XXXX and proceeded instead to break out of Test Area - [REDACTED]
The recontainement of SCP - XXXX - 3 soon ensued. Final casualty number: [REDACTED], of which [REDACTED] staff members.
Addendum #1:
Experimentation on SCP - XXXX is to be halted indefinitely. SCP - XXXX - 3 is to be contained, while ways of reconstructing SCP - XXXX's mirror are studied.

Special Containment Procedures:
SCP - XXXX - 3 is to be kept in a 3x3m cell located in facility [REDACTED]. Its walls are to be reinforced with added layers of cement, and padded with cushions. Two cameras are to be hanged by two opposite corners of the cell, keeping watch on SCP - XXXX - 3 at all times. Entering the cell is prohibited to all levels.
Description:
SCP - XXXX - 3 is an exact replica of D-Class personnel D-2044A, tied through esoteric means to SCP - XXXX. Unable to retreat into XXXX, SCP - XXXX - 3 seems to instead go on a murder spree, that without appropriate response, could bear catastrophic consequences. It is incredibly resilient to all types of damage, and seems to emit noises akin to glass shattering whenever hit. Its preferred method of killing is by breaking the neck of its victim.
