The signal name is SCP-Private. The password is password. It responds to the name "Todd." The device that SCP-5056 is contained on must be monitored by at least one Class 3 personnel at all times, along with looking at what has been searched, and what sites have been visited.
Description: SCP-5056 was discovered in 1997 on a Dell personal computer. It is completely sapient, and has been confirmed to not be code. SCP-5056 identifies as male. It appears to be similar to what is informally known as an "ascii face," which are supposed to be easily typed out on a keyboard. SCP-5056 is in the shape of a small humanoid. Typing out a non-anomalous SCP-5056 takes up 4 lines. SCP-5056 typed out, appears like this:

SCP-5056 is capable of manipulating a computer system that it is on, such as play games, type messages, and make an electronic voice come out of it's speakers. SCP-5056 can travel through cords and devices meant for processing or moving information, such as a USB device, and moving to another connected computer, or staying in the device until it is reconnected to another one. SCP-5056 has existed in a smartphone, 2 different tablets, 5 personal computers, and one pair of hearing aids. SCP-5056 is also capable of holding simple conversations. It acts similar to a young child about the age of 5 years old, though it is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable. The origins of SCP-5056 are unclear, but it has made references to other electronic objects that it has never been allowed to contact, such as SCP-079, so it is assumed that they have had an encounter previously.
