Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4137 is to be contained within a 3x3x3 meter containment cell lined a one(1) meter thick Graphene plating. Due to the anomalous nature of SCP-4137, no objects that can pose significant harm is to be kept in its chamber, for risk of SCP-4137-2 manifesting and causing potential containment breach. Four(4) gas vents are to be secured at each corner of the containment cell, in case of containment breach sleeping gas is to be administered through these, personnel are not to engage SCP-4137 after SCP-4137-2 has manifested.
Description: SCP-4137 is a Caucasian Male currently at the age of ninety-six(96), although it appears to be in its early twenties(20s). It appears SCP-4137s body ages roughly four(4) times slower than a normal humans, but also possesses unbelievable regenerative powers and extreme durability. Through biological scans indicate SCP-4137 has the same composition as a normal human, and shows signs of dehydration and starvation. SCP-4137s anomalous properties activate once it enters a dangerous situation. Once this condition is met, SCP-4137 emits massive amounts of electromagnetism, which causes a curvature in time-space to manifest around SCP-4137, which is designated SCP-4137-2. Anything that attempts to breach SCP-4137-2 is rebounded at a speed of ██████████. The process of which is unknown at this current time.
<Discovery> SCP-4137 was discovered on September thirteenth(13th), ████ in █████ ████, South Dakota during an armed robbery in ████. SCP-4137 was shot in the leg, causing SCP-4137-2 to manifest. MTF Alpha-9 quickly dispatched and attempted to subdue SCP-4137 without knowledge of SCP-4137-2 and sustained minimal casualties. MTF Alpha-9 successfully subdued SCP-4137 with a canister of sleeping gas, and brought it to site-██.

Dr. █████: Greetings, I'm back to ask some more questions if you don't mind.
SCP-4137: Okay, that's fine with me.
Dr. █████: Great, lets start off with your electromagnetism. Did it hurt when it emitted from you?
SCP-4137: No.. it felt- um… how do I explain it? Kinda like a… like getting shocked from a TV! Yeah that's exactly how it felt, except it covered my entire body.
Dr. █████: Hm, does its rebound also effect you?
SCP-4137: I don't really know, I didn't try..
Dr. █████: Okay, does it look different from the inside?
SCP-4137: Its kind of like looking out of water I guess.
Dr. █████: I see, do you know anything about it yet?
SCP-4137: No… but I have a theory about my regeneration and durability.
Dr. █████: May I hear it?
SCP-4137: Why not? I think it has something to do with my STEM cells, like they're replicating at a very fast pace, as for durability I think the carbon inside my body is bonded tighter, but that's just my theory.

<Result> Rock rebounded as suspected and cracked the wall, destroying the object used to catapult.

<Result> Pocket Pistol fired, after making contact with SCP-4137-2 rubber bullets halted for approximately 0.4 Seconds and rebounded at the one who fired, puncturing the subject in their forearm.

<Test Item=High-caliber Sniper Rifle filled with rubber bullets><Result> Subject fired at SCP-4137 from a distance of 300m. After the rubber bullet touched SCP-4137-2, it halted for about one(1) second, rebounding and missing the Sniper by six(6) meters.

<Result> The water was poured onto SCP-4137, when the water made contact with SCP-4137-2 it didn't rebound, but merely slid down the sides of the distortion, seems to be the case with all liquids.

<Result> SCP-4137 was told to attempt to force SCP-4137-2 to manifest. Subject was successful in doing so for about two(2) seconds before passing out to what appeared to be exhaustion.

<Cross-test 1>

<Result> After SCP-4137 manifested SCP-4137-2, all personnel(and SCP-4137) were told to blink for three(3) seconds. Around the two(2) second mark an extreme bang was heard, when all personnel opened their eyes, SCP-173 was lying face-up adjacent from SCP-4137, the wall was completely devastated while SCP-173 remained perfectly intact.

<Result> After SCP-4137-2 manifested, SCP-4137 was shown a picture of SCP-096s face. Approximately four(4) minutes passed before SCP-096 entered the chamber, startling SCP-4137. As SCP-096 rapidly approached SCP-4137 it came in contact with SCP-4137-2, rebounding it to the wall tearing all skin and organs off of SCP-096, somehow SCP-096 managed to get up although being a complete skeleton, attempted to breach SCP-4137-2 again, but ended up being rebounded again. SCP-096 covered its skull where its face should be and ran out, being successfully contained without much resistance. 096 regenerated after three(3) hours.

<Result> After SCP-4137-2 manifested, SCP-682 was lead into the chamber. SCP-682 appeared to try to avoid SCP-4137, so SCP-4137 was ordered to charge SCP-682. Subject successfully charged and rebounded SCP-682, launching it into the wall at a speed of ██████████, completely pulverizing it.
After SCP-682 regenerated it seemed to say ¨Next time I see that bastard I'll be the one pulverizing him…¨
