Special Containment Procedures: SCP-W4CH is to be kept in an anomalous item storage unit designated in it's current site. SCP-W4CH is restricted from personnel below Level 3 Clearance SCP-W4CH is to be kept in a 17 x 5 foot room kept in a 2 x 4 steel containment box on a pedestal locked in a miniature object type box made using bulletproof glass. Access to SCP-W4CH is strictly prohibited from personnel below Level 5 Clearance. Anyone who's caught using SCP-W4CH below Level 5 Clearance is subject to termination.
SCP-W4CH is free to be used by personnel Clearance level 3 and above. Any who use the watch below the required Level will be met with disciplinary action SCP-W4CH must be assigned to personnel in order to have access to SCP-W4CH. Assigned personnel who use SCP-W4CH in a way that differentiates from what they were instructed to do with SCP-W4CH is subject to termination. This rule does not apply to Site Director Araki, as she has full access to SCP-W4CH, and is allowed to use it in full volition.
SCP-W4CH must be relocated with extreme caution as we are unable to determine what it does, or how it makes people disappear. SCP-W4CH is to stay at Site-707. Anyone attempting to relocate SCP-W4CH without Director Araki's approval will be subject to termination. When and if relocated with Dr. Araki's approval, is to be locked in a steel miniature object type box that only assigned personnel may open.
Description: SCP-W4CH is a Q&Q Exclusive gold colored wrist watch measuring at approximately 10.5 centimeters with slight discoloration near the end of it's belt. The time it was produced was roughly around 1931. SCP-W4CH was brought to the Foundation's attention due to several disappearances occurring in ███████████, █████, Japan. Agent ████ found the correlation, the same watch being found in all of the 6 most recent disappearances at the time, and deduced that the watch was the anomaly in 1935. Dr. Araki was assigned to research the capabilities of SCP-W4CH.
After testing with SCP-W4CH, Dr. Araki theorized it's two key anomalies. When setting SCP-W4CH, subject has the ability to send their soul back and forward in time, clockwise to go forward, counter clockwise to go back; each hour turned equates to a year traveled. And then when the subject sets SCP-W4CH, subject's soul jumps back to the present, and their age changes physically depending on how far forward or back they went. Further testing was done to confirm this theory.

Dr. Araki's theory has been proven to be accurate. As reward for her efforts, she is able to use SCP-W4CH on her spare time. This would lead to multiple containment breaches being prevented at Site-██. In 1952, SCP-█████ was prevented from leaving it's containment via 7 trained Browning M2s firing at it. It was predicted to cause a site wide containment breach, but Dr. Araki used SCP-W4CH to predict it happening in the first place, and reported it to the response teams. Another containment breach was prevented in 1989. Dr. Araki predicted that SCP-███ was going to hack in Site-██'s security systems. Dr. Araki instructed other staff to temporarily turn off the power, afterwards SCP-███ was relocated into heavy containment.
Addendum-W4CH-1: When the inventors were asked about SCP-W4CH back in 1937, they recognized it as their prototype for their first watch. They say they never knew how the watch was misplaced, or where it went when they did.
Addendum-W4CH-2: In the year 1997, Object class has changed to Thaumiel due to it's ability to grant precognition, giving the strategic advantage against GoIs and other SCPs.
