Special Containment Procedures: Currently as of 2019/12/9, SCP-XXXX-1 is located in Miami, Florida. Containment Procedures go as such:
Living instances of SCP-XXXX-5 and SCP-XXXX-6 that are caught leaving SCP-XXXX-1 are to be brought to the closest foundation site and are to be amnesized and released back to their homes. Non foundation onlookers of Echo-Charlie events are also to be amnesized at foundational sites. Entrance to SCP-XXXX-1 is to be barred by foundation staff under the guise of it being a private viewing of the cases being shown.
Description: SCP-XXXX is the designation for a group of anomalies ranging from SCP-XXXX-1 to SCP-XXXX-6 that make up the structure of a courtroom. SCP-XXXX-1 is a mostly non anonalous court room in which the rest of the entities reside, that changes location; presumably in accordance with the entities which reside in it. SCP-XXXX-2 is an anomalous human that colloquially refers to itself as "The Judge". SCP-XXXX-3 is the designation for a group of nameless human individuals that are known as "The Jury." SCP-XXXX-4 is another human that refers to himself as "The Executioner". Notably SCP-XXXX-4 has a black hood over his face, and carries a (presumably) non-anomalous hatchet. SCP-XXXX-5 and SCP-XXXX-6, the final designation referss to individuals that have been entrapped in SCP-XXXX-1's confines for a Echo-Charlie event.
Notes: Echo-Charlie events are triggered whenever an instance of SCP-XXXX-5 is called into court, which shall now be referred to as the defendant. The defendant is usually called into court for an act that is usually a minor misconduct. The court system will usually charge these people with the misconduct, and go through a process similar to a normal American court system. The process most commonly ends with an abhorrently overexagerated punishment. These trials are usually open to the public, however viewers will not see the punishments as unordinary or heinous. The defendant must argue his case against SCP-XXXX-6, or the plaintiff. As stated, during the conclusion of an Echo-Charlie event the jury will get up and leave the room. The jury then presumably decides the gate of SCP-XXXX-5, which is all unanimously decided upon by the jury.
Addendum SCP-XXXX.1-Alpha: Multiple attempts to communicate with SCP-XXXX-2 have failed, as well as SCP-XXXX-3. However communication with SCP-XXXX-4 has been successful, below an interview was recorded:
Interview log SCP-XXXX.2-Alpha
Interviewer: Researcher Jordan Haytes
Interviewed: SCP-XXXX-4
Foreword: SCP-XXXX-4 was stationed by the entrance to SCP-XXXX-1, Haytes was cleared to make contact with SCP-XXXX-4.
<Begin Log>
Haytes: Hey, big guy, you got a minute to speak?
Haytes: I have got some questions to ask and want to know if you can answer them?
SCP-XXXX-4: Shoot.
Haytes pauses for a moment, excited that they finally made contact with an entity from SCP-XXXX.
Haytes: What is this place, who made it?
SCP-XXXX-4: Home, we made it.
Haytes: That's cryptic, anywho, what's your name?
SCP-XXXX-4: I don't have a name, just a title. I am The Executioner. I carry out the law.
Haytes: Right… Do you have parents?
SCP-XXXX-4: No. Question time is over. Be seated.
Haytes: But…
SCP-XXXX-4: Be seated, or I will carry you out of the court.
Haytes: Fine.
SCP-XXXX-4 motions to the seat, where Haytes then goes to sit down.
<End Log>
Afterword: SCP-XXXX-4 has shown to be very passive aggressive. His usual interest is completely endowed in the case. Clearly it doesn't like personal questions and refuses to answer some. This whole interview has provided nothing.
Addendum SCP-XXXX.1-Beta: Currently as of 2019/12/9 there has been 43 recorded Echo-Charlie events. Four of which has had the defendant recorded as winning the case. Some of the recorded cases have been displayed below:
| Case Number | Crime | Result |
|---|---|---|
| 17 | Asking to borrow a pencil from plaintiff, then never giving the pencil back. | Plaintiff won the case, defendant is then sentenced unanimously by the jury to lose a finger. Defendant then tried to assault SCP-XXXX-2, resulting in him losing both of his arms via The Executioner's hatchet. The judge noted this as standard escalation. |
| 22 | Defendant showed plaintiff the middle finger when driving past them on the road. | Plaintiff wins, the Jury decides that the defendant shouldn't be able to drive anymore, unanimously deciding to suspend his license for seven years. |
| 28 | The defendant didn't say good morning to the plaintiff, their partner, during breakfast. | The jury voted unanimously in favor of the plaintiff. The decision was to void the prenup the plaintiff was forced to sign by the defendant for their marriage. |
| 34 | The defendant slept with the plaintiffs wife. | The Jury's decision was to go in favor of the defendant. Plaintiff was subject to a fine of $3300 dollars (USD) sent directly to the defendant. |
| 36 | The defendant, deceased, was charged with not putting their child in their will. | The defendant lost the trial, the Jury decision was to "send them to the pits." Foundation staff were onlookers and noted that the body of the defendant convulsed post-decision. Defendant was then carried out by the executioner for the next trial. |
| 43 | Defendant murdered the plaintiff in a robbery. | The plaintiff lost the case. The Jury's verdict was to "gather their offspring, then you know what to do." Soon after several missing persons reports appeared for the children of the plaintiff. |
Something to note is after the 36th trial, the defendant was found in the dumpster. A standard autopsy was conducted, however oddly enough the organs of the defendant were missing, as well as their jaw was unhinged. Investigations into the areas nearby led to no conclusion and were called off the next week.
