Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be housed within a standard anomalous materials garage on Site-XX, and is to be covered by an opaque cloth approximately 3mm thick and of an appropriate length to cover the main turret mounting plate of the subject. SCP-XXXX is not allowed within ~100 km .of any other SCP designated anomaly, or of any other possibly anomalous materials without Level 4 clearances. SCP-XXXX is to remain under its cloth during transport, and will not have the cloth removed until such time that all other SCP designated anomalies or anomalous objects within a 100 km. radius are moved out of visual radius of the main turret mounting plate, or until such time that an opaque material covers all windows, doors, or other entryways to containment chambers housing SCP class objects. No fuel or ammunition are provided to SCP-XXXX. A telegraph receiver with a wireless antenna tuned to 398.5 ghz is to be placed within ~10 ft. of SCP-XXXX during interviews.
SCP-XXXX is to be locked firmly inside of a hermetically sealed containment unit exactly 9 m. by 7m. by 5m. The container is to be constructed of seamless 6 ft. cement walls with rebar reinforcement, as well as heavy gunsteel bolted to all outer surfaces and a ~1 ft. thick concrete wall placed around the metal. No visible wavelength light fixtures are to be mounted within the containment unit. A thermal plate is to be placed on all surfaces of SCP-XXXX's chamber and kept at an ambient temperature of ~-45 Degrees Fahrenheit, as well as directed infrared lights in each corner of the chamber pointed toward SCP-XXXX. Site-XX is to be constructed around SCP-XXXX's containment unit, as well as Watchpost Alpha-T89 "Icewatch." Under no circumstances should the hermetic seals of SCP-XXXX's chamber be breached without Level 4 Authorization or approval from the O5 Council.

A ~100 km. radial area around SCP-XXXX's containment unit is designated as the "Red Zone." Any and all personnel bringing anomalous materials within this Red Zone without explicit permission from the O5 Council are to be hereby deemed expendable and immediately terminated upon discovery of anomalous materials. Any and all materials exhibiting anomalous properties are to be immediately removed from the Red Zone and taken to an adjacent Foundation facility within one hour of entry into the area. Under no circumstances are Keter class entities allowed to be transported through the Red Zone unless explicitly for testing purposes.

No research personnel below level 4 Authorization are permitted to perform tests on SCP-XXXX, and O5 approval must be gained before SCP-XXXX cross testing or termination attempts are carried out. Failure to do so will result in immediate termination of all involved personnel. MTF Om-189 "Thumpers" are to be placed on-station at all times, rotating with MTF Rx-228 "AP, AP!" on a regular 24 hour basis. Anti-tank weaponry is to be placed within all outposts currently within the Red Zone, and are to regularly be maintained and kept stocked.

Should SCP-XXXX breach containment and begin pursuit of an anomalous object, MTF Nu-7 "Hammer Down" is to be dispatched to utilize anti-tank weaponry against SCP-XXXX or use any means necessary to slow its advance. Foundation facilities targeted by SCP-XXXX are to be informed ahead of time and warned to evacuate all anomalous objects and personnel in a timely fashion.

Following an incident on 12/25/2018, SCP-XXXX's status has been reclassified as Keter and containment protocols have been heavily revised. See attached Incident Reports for details. No interviews are allowed at this time.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a heavily damaged Panzerkampfwagen V type G, manufactured on July 15th, 1943. The outer hull of SCP-XXXX is painted in standard forest camoflauge colors consistent with 1940's Wehrmacht patterns. SCP-XXXX shows multiple shell impacts as well as moderate small arms damage to the frontal and rear hull plates. SCP-XXXX is capable of detecting other anomalous objects within a ~100 km. radius of its position and can target them via its main armament of a Kwk 100mm cannon.

SCP-XXXX is capable of neutralizing other anomalous entities and has shown a propensity to do so regularly. The means by which it dispatches entities are currently unknown, but involve some form of customized, highly volatile tank shell, often either of the HE of APHE variety, which contains an anomalous black/red substance. This substance is both highly corrosive and has been known to cause immediate coagulation of blood within organic subjects. Attempts at reasoning with SCP-XXXX while it is tracking an anomalous entity have proven unsuccessful. SCP-XXXX is also capable of communication via morse code inside its internal compartment. A single human skeleton surrounded by Germanic runes consistent with a human male, ~30 years in age has been located within the main crew compartment, fused into the hull through unknown means. DNA testing has found the bones belong to a Johnathan Steiner of Hamburg, Germany, who had been sent to a concentration camp, and later an SS facility.

SCP-XXXX has shown very little response to small arms fire, anti-tank rounds, mines, explosives, radiation, hydrochloric acids, or other forms of destructive implements capable of melting down normal materials. If "destroyed," SCP-XXXX will immediately reform within a period of ~3-5 minutes on average, returning to its original state when finished. The method for this reformation is currently unknown. There are no known methods of effectively or permenantly disposing of SCP-XXXX. Damaging any portion of SCP-XXXX will cause a thick black substance similar in consistency to tar to pour from any damaged areas, which will quickly reform within seconds of exposure. This can include small areas of damage to entire sections of the vehicle.

SCP-XXXX is currently capable of three means of attack: Its main cannon, hull mounted machine gun and a co-axial machine gun. However it has shown an ability to rapidly adapt to combat situations. Following a containment breach in a neighboring facility, SCP-XXXX had its main cannon torn off by an escaping entity, only for the barrel to regrow via a black substance emitted from the damaged barrel. The barrel reformed into a cannon barrel with a large, sharpened axe-head mounted to it, as SCP-XXXX rotated its turret at nearly 500rpm, turning the axe into a makeshift saw and cutting down targets with it. It has also replaced its main armaments with flame throwers, acid-spitting pressurized pumps, or other destructive implements.

After SCP-XXXX is damage or "destroyed" via an implement or entity, it gains a permanent resistance or even immunity to the attacking entity or implement. These resistances do seem to remain, even years after exposure. This applies to intense reality distortion effects, as well as teleportation, as SCP-XXXX has been shown to simply exit dimensions it is teleported into via unknown means.
Addendum:

+ Message from Dr. Thompson, 07/10/1975:

"It's been only six days since the initial discovery and containment of SCP-XXXX and we're already running into issues keeping it in check. While we had originally intended to keep it next to some other anomalous objects we had recovered from a nearby site for ease of transport, that option is now entirely off the table. Turns out, whoever made this thing made it to specifically target and destroy SCP objects, though that's up for debate. Either way, containing SCP-XXXX near any sort of anomalous objects is just a containment breach waiting to happen."

+ Recovery Log: 07/04/1975

//MTF Tau-15 approaches SCP-XXXX while it is in an inert state on the forest floor, while its engine is still humming. Agent Johnson approaches first, radio in-hand.

Agent Johnson: "Yep, this is it. Panther tank in the middle of the forest, looks like it retreated here after it saw the police helicopters."

Agent Johnson inspects the outer hull of SCP-XXXX while visibly being cautious, seemingly unwilling to draw too close to the object.

Agent Johnson: "Nothing outwardly anomalous about it, save for the fact the engine's still running. The outer hull is dinged with lots of shell holes, and it looks like some small arms dents and scraps. Few claw marks, but nothing too major."

Agent Johnson pauses, noticing SCP-XXXX's eyes and the turret rotating towards him. He leaps back, falling down, as SCP-XXXX stares at him.

Agent Johnson: [Panting Audibly] "Fucking Christ! It's looking at me!"

SCP-XXXX turns its turret forward again, returning to its dormant state.
Agent Johnson turns to the MTF team and begins attaching the towing ropes. SCP-XXXX is towed onto the back of a flatbed truck without incident. SCP-XXXX is transported to adjacent Site-XX without issue.//

+ Incident Report: 07/04/1975 (8:35 p.m.)

SCP-XXXX was within a small temporary storage unit on Site-XX's main campus before a barrage of heavy shell fire was audible from the main unit in which it had been stored. Doctor Thompson and

Agent Johnson, along with fifteen other Foundation personnel responded to the noise, finding SCP-XXXX breaking out of its containment box and beginning to roll towards the secure wing of the facility, where several non-SCP designated objects had been stored.

Agent Johnson: "Holy shit, it's out! Fuck we need anti-tank rifles right now!"

MTF Tau-15 opens fire with small arms, which SCP-XXXX completely ignores.

Agent Johnson: "Doc, you need to get out of here and sound the alarm, we've got a-"

SCP-XXXX fires off a singular HE shell and escapes the hangar by exploding a hole into the 3 ft. thick concrete wall. SCP-XXXX rolls out of the hangar bay and begins firing into containment units nearby.

MTF Tau-15 retrieves anti-tank weaponry and begins opening fire on SCP-XXXX, attempting to subdue it. Anti-tank fire at the turret and main body are entirely ignored, and all visible holes delt to SCP-XXXX simply heal shut after the shell detonates. SCP-XXXX completely destroys the anomalous objects wing before turning around, toward MTF Tau-15.

SCP-XXXX returns to the hangar without incident. Zero Foundation casualties. Sixteen anomalous objects destroyed and neutralized.

+ Incident Report: 07/28/1975

SCP-XXXX is loaded onto a large closed box truck and is de-tracked via removal of its main sprockets and all accompanying track links via tools. Security footage from within SCP-XXXX's trailer shows no movement.

SCP-XXXX is moved along Highway XX to the secure Foundation airport at XXXXXX. SCP-XXXX is loaded onto the transport plane without incident.

Approximately five hours into the flight across the Atlantic Ocean, SCP-XXXX begins to move around inside its containment unit, wiggling its turret back and forth, as if to shake itself around. Fifteen minutes later, a black liquid is observed seeping out of SCP-XXXX's main body and beginning to coagulate along its main drive shaft, road wheels, and idler wheels.

Approximately one hour later, SCP-XXXX has regrown its main drive sprockets and tracks through use of the black liquid. Subject immediately begins attempting to break open its container.

Foundation agents onboard attempt to de-track SCP-XXXX once more before it can break containment. It is at this point Foundation agents observe SCP-XXXX's components are no longer able to be disassembled or damaged via conventional tools.

After an emergency landing on the island of XXXXXXX, SCP-XXXX is moved onto a transport boat and sent to Site-XX for re-classification and containment.
SCP-XXXX arrives at Site-XX without further incident.
