Special Containment Procedures: The SCP located at Atlantic Ocean, somewhere between Faeroe Island and Iceland. It is firstly discovered by a fisherman who report the even to Local government. No physical interaction methods works to the object, on the contrary, the object capable of making physical contacts to anyone or anything that it wants to interact with. From the first discovery until 2016 UK government deployed ships surrounding SCP area at 5 miles radius. at 2016 the object agree to move at SCP containment with some conditions.
Description: The Object has Holographic characters but its formed a High Resolution that looks like Solid Human Body. The SCP levitating 30 centimetres above the sea ever since its discovery, motionless while staring at south east direction.
it is identified that SCP appearance as a young boy between 6 - 10 years old, He has long and curly brown hair and skinny body. His face resemble a regular child from UK. but he never move or open his mouth even when he speaks.
Reference: At 1956, a fogged land appears at the object location. A team of explorers assign to explorer the land and they found the SCP was still at its coordinate.

At first, geologist assume that the land was resulted by resurfacing land phenomena, but when the phenomena ends, there is no sign that the land exist below the sea surface. The island was simply never there.
The phenomena repeated at 2016, but this time, SCP foundation record the event.

12:35: SCP said a word "partum"
12:35 - 12:45: sand and rock suddenly under the child foot and create a land.
12:45-12:50: vegetation grows fast including trees.
12:50-13:00: fog appears and surrounding the island
13:00: camera lost sign of the land and the child.
When a team of geologists arrive at the island, they notice that the land has different topography, different vegetation, and different size from 1956 data.

12:50: SCP said a word "perdere"
12:50-13:00: the land reverse back to nothingness and disappear.
BASED ON inteview-a1 files: the objects claim exist since 2001 years ago and responsible to the appearance and disappearance of a land that we called Site-0 or well known as hybrasil .
