Welcome to my sandbox. Everything here is obviously a work in progress. Some I feel quite good about, and have a good feeling that it at least may have a chance at success. Although, I don't know that for sure because I have yet to get them critiqued.
Solid instance of SCP-XXXX nearby a civilian's home.
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a temperature-controlled stainless steel 10 x 10 x 8 meter room equipped with proper ventilation to store vaporized instances of SCP-XXXX, and a drainage system to store liquid instances of SCP-XXXX.
Solid instances of SCP-XXXX are designated SCP-XXXX-A.
Liquid instances of SCP-XXXX are designated SCP-XXXX-B.
Vaporized instances of SCP-XXXX are designated SCP-XXXX-C.
Plasmatic instances of SCP-XXXX have not been observed outside of Foundation laboratories, but are designated SCP-XXXX-D.
SCP-XXXX is to be maintained within a liquid/solid state at all times.
The temperature of the containment chamber is to be set to 20° C for 12 hours, and set to -30° C for the remaining 12 hours, in order to regulate the amount of liquid and solid instances of SCP-XXXX. The vaporization of SCP-XXXX is to be avoided at all times. SCP-XXXX-C instances are to be condensed to liquid form at -10 to -30° C.
Personnel entering the containment chamber are to wear waterproof gear at all times to avoid absorption of SCP-XXXX.
Contained instances of SCP-XXXX are not allowed outside of the containment chamber at any time.
Personnel under Level 2 clearance are not allowed access to the containment chamber.
Note from Dr. Klein:
Whoever is putting solid SCP-XXXX instances in the ice dispenser, knock it the hell off. If it's supposed to be a funny prank, it isn't. Personnel below Level 4 are banned from handling SCP-XXXX.
Description: SCP-XXXX is an instance of water with unusual properties and signs of sentience. It is unknown if SCP-XXXX is a live being. It is as well unknown if SCP-XXXX a single organism or if each individual atom is an instance of SCP-XXXX SCP-XXXX has shown the ability to move of its own accord in such ways as climbing walls and seeming to be very viscous and adhesive.
Physical contact with amounts of SCP-XXXX is to be avoided at all times. Signs of locomotive water1 or humanoid/limb-shaped crystalline formations are to be reported to Site Security immediately. The movement of SCP-XXXX-B/C has been shown to be slow in large amounts due to increased mass and weight. SCP-XXXX-C seems to lack abilities to move of its own accord.
Instance of SCP-XXXX-A. Note the hand-like structure.
SCP-XXXX is capable of altering its state of matter, however, it is usually unsuccessful in doing so without the assistance of environmental conditions. SCP-XXXX has been observed to attempt to remain in a solid point and avoid melting at all times by compacting itself. It is theorized that it does so in order not to be absorbed by absorbent surfaces i.e. soil and cloth, or bodies of water and to avoid vaporization. It is unknown why SCP-XXXX-A instances attempt a humanoid-like shape, however, it is believed that it does so in order to attract organisms, particularly humans.
SCP-XXXX's hunting methods consist mostly of remaining in a solid point, and waiting for a living organism to approach it. Once a living organism is close to the surface of SCP-XXXX-A, SCP-XXXX-A will proceed to allow certain parts of its self to decompress in order to be absorbed by the living organism, and to eventually duplicate itself. If the living organism is underneath an SCP-XXXX-A icicle, SCP-XXXX-A will begin to decompress itself in order to melt and create droplets which are to be absorbed by prey. SCP-XXXX-B instances have been observed to attempt to climb walls and ceilings and compress itself to form icicle-formations to complete this hunting method.
Instances of SCP-XXXX continue to be found all over the world, usually within small to medium-sized bodies of water. If an instance of SCP-XXXX is located, local water pipelines and civilian homes are to be investigated immediately.
SCP-XXXX instances are detected by unusual movement of water, unusual mass amounts of vaporized water and unusual instances of solidified water in areas of high temperatures approx. above 10° C.
Test XXXX/054 - Date █/██/20██
Subjects: SCP-XXXX, SCP-054.
Procedure: Observe for interaction between SCP-XXXX and SCP-054.
<Begin Log>
Dr. ████: Alright, reveal the window.
Windows are unveiled
SCP-054 begins to stare at SCP-XXXX and Foundation personnel.
Humanoid-shaped SCP-XXXX demonstrates signs of melting around the facial area after exposure to SCP-054.
SCP-054 approaches the window and appears to be observing SCP-XXXX.
SCP-054 attempts to communicate with SCP-XXXX using body language and appears to be acting hospitable towards SCP-XXXX.
<Skip to 1:44>
SCP-XXXX successfully forms a simple angry expression on its face, with features such as semi circle-shaped hollow eyes and prism-like ice above the eyes, believed to be eyebrows. Liquid SCP-XXXX (SCP-XXXX-B) instances begin to accumulate around and within the eyes.
Dr. █████: Really hoped something would happen between these two, guess not.
<End Log>
Addendum XXXX-1
Since Test XXXX/054, SCP-XXXX has shown signs of emotion by attempting to shape imprecise facial expressions whenever in the presence of a humanoid being. When not in the presence of a humanoid being, SCP-XXXX does not attempt any facial expression and attempts to remove the current facial expression if there is any at the moment. SCP-XXXX relatively shows signs of hostilit towards Foundation personnel, and hostility towards organisms of sapience or higher intelligence through these facial expressions.
Three groups of stages of parasitic hostage by SCP-XXXX have been observed so far, and are listed below.
XXXX Death Scenario 1
XXXX DS-1 is usually caused by physical contact with amounts of SCP-XXXX-B and inhalation of SCP-XXXX-C. If SCP-XXXX-C is inhaled, it is converted back to a liquid state within the body.
Stage 1: SCP-XXXX-B enters the victim's (SCP-XXXX-1-DS-1) bloodstream through multiple orifices. SCP-XXXX-B slowly begins to merge with other instances of water in the bloodstream (approx. 10 milliliters per 20 minutes). SCP-XXXX-B attempts to convert to a solid state and oppose the direction of blood flow.
Stage 2: SCP-XXXX-1-DS-1 may experience lack of nutrition and paleness from blockage of blood and transportation of nutrients within hours of infection.
Stage 3: SCP-XXXX-1-DS-1 will experience embolism and symptoms of CVA (stroke), a heart attack and seizures.
XXXX Death Scenario 2
XXXX-DS-2 is usually caused by physical contact with SCP-XXXX-B. If SCP-XXXX-C is inhaled, it is converted back to a liquid state within the body.
Stage 1: SCP-XXXX-B enters the victim's (SCP-XXXX-1-DS-2) bloodstream through multiple orifices. SCP-XXXX-B begins to slowly merge with other instances of water in the bloodstream. SCP-XXXX-B shows no potential hostile activity, as it continues throughout the bloodstream.
Stage 2: SCP-XXXX-1-DS-2 eventually experiences symptoms of water intoxication. The time of Stage 2 depends on the amount of SCP-XXXX-B absorbed.
Stage 3: SCP-XXXX-1-DS-2 will begin vomiting SCP-XXXX-B converted water violently. There is no certain chance of death, as SCP-XXXX-1-DS-2 may or may not die of asphyxiation. SCP-XXXX-1-DS-2 will experience symptoms of dehydration after vomiting mass amounts of SCP-XXXX-B (approx. 20 liters).
XXXX Death Scenario 3
XXXX-DS-3 is usually caused by physical contact with SCP-XXXX-B. If SCP-XXXX-C is inhaled, it is converted back to a liquid state within the body.
Stage 1: SCP-XXXX-B enters the victim's (SCP-XXXX-1-DS-3) bloodstream through multiple orifices. SCP-XXXX-B begins to slowly merge with other instances of water in the bloodstream. SCP-XXXX-B shows no threatening activity.
Stage 2: SCP-XXXX-B begins to flow into the lungs, usually into the alveoli, causing SCP-XXXX-1-DS-3 to asphyxiate.
MEDIUM THREAT | PALERMO 0.4
OBSERVING | STANDBY
Sector-87.
Item #: SCP-Y
Object Class: Keter
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-Y cannot be contained due to its distance from Earth. The Foundation is only capable of observing SCP-Y and predicting it's path. SCP-Y is to be monitored via a telescope which must be active 24/7 located at Sector-87. Signal activity from SCP-Y should as well be monitored, recorded, and then be reported to the on-site administrator. If SCP-Y poses a low enough threat, the footage of SCP-Y may be checked at least three times weekly with a maximum of one day between checks.
NOTICE: Due to a Palermo rating of 0.4, SCP-Y must now be observed at all times by an authorized person.
Any non-Foundation evidence such as images must be destroyed immediately to suppress dissemination of information of SCP-Y. Unauthorized individuals involved with the observation of SCP-Y are to be amnesticized.
In the event of a potential MK-Class No-Man's-Land scenario,2 the path of SCP-Y is to be predicted immediately if possible. Foundation personnel and civilians near and within the impact-area must be evacuated.
Description: SCP-Y is currently a near-earth asteroid with approx. a 497 km radius, and an approximate mass of 178 kg, currently orbiting the Sun. It currently has a 4-9% chance of striking South America, Europe, or the Atlantic Ocean. It currently has a Palermo rating of 0.5, predicted to strike in 2019-2020.
A Torino Scale with the dot representing SCP-Y as of 5/7/2017. Palermo rating was 1.5.
SCP-Y has an atmosphere and atmospheric pressure of approx. 90 kilopascals. It is composed mostly of oxygen and nitrogen and may be suitable for life.
SCP-Y's main anomalous capability is its transmission and reception of radio signals despite no obvious source of communication. It often sends audio with incoherent noises, mostly static. It is believed that the source of these radio signals are iridescent crystalline objects on SCP-Y's surface, supposedly composed of bismuth based on observations.
Closer observations through the atmosphere of SCP-Y have revealed a humanoid entity, designated SCP-Y-A, estimated to be 1.5 meters tall has been observed to be wandering, although it is usually spotted running, often stopping travel in low-depth areas such as craters and trenches. It has always been observed wearing astronaut-like apparel and gear. No other discernible creatures have been spotted.
When decrypted, images received from SCP-Y the landscape of SCP-Y, However these have proven to be inconsequential in the research of SCP-Y due to distortion. Audio received, however, is clear enough to understand speech from SCP-Y-A3. Audio files consist of wind, however, footsteps and other noises not consistent with the natural soundscape of SCP-Y, and presumably emitted by SCP-Y-A, can be heard. and rarely footsteps and sounds presumably emitted by SCP-Y-A.
Most signals sent from Sector-87 and other Foundation sites towards SCP-Y have usually the longest being 3 seconds, even with the use of anomalous objects. At the moment, the Foundation is only capable of sending short excerpts to SCP-Y.

SCP-R phenomena after the demolition of a power plant.
Item #: SCP-R
Object Class: Keter
Special Containment Procedures: Scheduled demolitions of power plants and possible future volcanic eruptions are to be kept on watch to identify any instance of SCP-R. Once identified, civilians within a 10 km radius must be evacuated immediately from the area.
Any individuals (SCP-R-2) who have been affected by SCP-R must be taken into Foundation custody for treatment. Once SCP-R-2 is treated promptly, it is to be amnesticized, and then released back into society.
Description: SCP-R is a phenomenon occurring within masses of smoke and ash, (referred to as a "base" or "source") particularly from demolitions and volcanic eruptions. In all cases of SCP-R, a humanoid shaped cloud is formed after the event, with this humanoid designated SCP-R-A. Cases of multiple manifestations of SCP-R-A have not occurred simultaneously, possibly leading to the conclusion of a single entity.
Manifestations occur if the following conditions are met. This list as well contains restrictions to the manifestation of SCP-R-A.
- Volume of the smoke/ash is above 0.9 km ^ 3.
- Instance cannot manifest if the base/source is anything excluding ash and smoke, e.g. clouds, vapor and gaseous substances.
Area of influence sizes vary based on the size of SCP-R-A, though the area of influence averages to a 7 km radius, but it is advised that precautions are taken and that if any civilians must be evacuated, all must be evacuated within the 10 km radius.
Those experiencing the effects of SCP-R-A, designated SCP-R-2, will begin to undergo four stages of mutation as listed, all occurring within 24 hours.
Stage 1
Skin pores are clogged by ash particles among the entire body, resulting in irritation. Flakes of charcoal, average of 0.5 cm will appear throughout the skin. One may experience trouble breathing from pores clogged by ash near inhalation points.
Stage 2
SCP-R-2 will experience coughing and difficulty breathing. Ash is found within the throat and lungs, resulting in inflammation as well as symptoms of bronchitis. SCP-R-2 instances often report a metallic taste. May possibly lead to asphyxiation.
Stage 3
Skin is rapidly converted to charcoal or ash, including internal organs. Ash and charcoal is found within the blood stream and bodily fluids. SCP-R-2 may develop fragile bones from the mutation. Sufferers may expire.
Stage 4:
SCP-R-2 is completely converted to charcoal and or ash inside and out.

INCIDENT R-01
DATE: 5/19/2000
SCP-R-A manifestation after the eruption of Calbuco Volcano, Chile.
The nearest Foundation site, Site-67, was on stand-by for the predicted Calbuco eruption. Once Calbuco had erupted, all other Foundation sites within 10 km radius were alerted of the eruption. The eruption was constantly monitored for the appearance of SCP-R-A.
5 hours after the eruption, the ash clouds had cleared enough to allow a humanoid shaped ash cloud to appear. All Foundation sites nearby were contacted, messaging a confirmed instance of SCP-R-A. A team of MTF Nu-7 ("Hammer Down") units was dispatched to the area to begin the mass evacuation of all citizens within the 9 km radius. Approximately 4 million citizens were evacuated from the area of influence successfully. However, upon evacuation to a safe location, approx. 900,000 individuals had already experienced the first stage of mutations, including some MTF units.
Nearly 900,000 individuals including MTF units, barely any being treated, had already reached Stages 2 and 3 when re-located to a shelter. This had accounted for a hypothetical death toll of one million reaching Stage 4. Bodies of the individuals could not be located, though many noted a pungent burning smell 17 hours after the eruption.
Addendum R-01
Clouds of ash have been reported to trace back in an east direction at all times during an SCP-R event. Navigation towards the direction has led to the discovery of a temple, seemingly of Aztec origins (designated SCP-R-B). The clouds of smoke direct towards this temple, and enter it through a large opening, 3 meters in radius, on the roof of the top.
Exploration of this temple has led to the discovery of a carved totem upon an altar. The totem is fashioned to represent a human face. Further observations of the inside has led to the discovery of a
12 x 23 x 0.7 book with 172 significantly decayed pages, some featuring many illustrations of idols.
One particular page is related to an Aztec deity. Beneath is an excerpt partially translated, due to decay.

Addendum R-02
Upon the investigation of disappearances and burning odor reported by multiple individuals after eruptions, multiple temples have been located, which were reported to store human hearts used for fuel for fires, along with human corpses nearby. Scriptures of an unknown practice not found in any other Aztec records were as well recognized.
A team of MTF Sigma-59, SCP-N on the far right.
Item #: SCP-N
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-N is to be kept in standard humanoid containment and is allowed to participate in lunch periods at Site-██ under supervision. If it is not allowed, proper nourishment must be delivered to its containment cell. SCP-N is currently a member of MTF Sigma-59 ("Time Liners"), previously part of MTF Alpha-9 ("Last Hope").
Description: SCP-N is a hypothetical time traveler of Australian descent from the year 2079. SCP-N claims to specialize in multiple scientific subjects such as particle physics. SCP-N has introduced numerous anomalous forms of technology, particularly involving the fourth dimension. SCP-N has significant knowledge of undiscovered anomalous particles possibly responsible for the appearance of SCP-N in the current year.
SCP-N may have used anomalous particles known as, according to SCP-N, ████ons which are capable of allowing the piercing of a space-time manifold to allow one to directly pass through a specified timeline, forming a stable wormhole if the particles are concentrated and compressed together.
Along with such technology, SCP-N may have as well used an "electron injection manifold" to theoretically alter mass and gravity, which SCP-N may have used to create a perfect 180 degree surface in space to allow the easy pass through space and the deepening of gravity wells to dramatically increase the speed of time and slow time.
SCP-XXXX-A after the construction of Site-117.
Item #: SCP-X
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: The area around SCP-X is to be monitored constantly for trespassers. Any citizens attempting to trespass into the area around SCP-X are to be detained, questioned and amnesticized. A Foundation site (designated Site-117) dedicated to the containment and research of SCP-X is to be erected within close proximity to SCP-X.
Description: SCP-X is a circular tunnel at [DATA REDACTED] with a diameter of 2.8 meters. It is accessible through a stone cave (SCP-X-A) on the exterior with SCP-X located 8.3 meters into the cave. 20 meters from the entrance of the tunnel are multiple chains hanging from mostly the upper portions of the walls. Anomalous effects manifest once the individual passes through the chains which is referred to as the anomalous checkpoint. SCP-X spans for a distance of 0.3 kilometers, which is inconsistent with the area the end should be located, making the spatial anomaly present. Attempts to observe the end of SCP-X from the exterior have resulted in failure.
After passing through the anomalous checkpoint, events that occur past the checkpoint are repeated by the believed alternate reality that is seen once reaching the end of SCP-XXXX. Each repetition is approximately 1-2 days apart.
Upon reaching the end of SCP-X, personnel report a region (referred to as SCP-X-B) identical to the region where SCP-X is accessible with buildings identical to Site-117 (referred to as SCP-X-C) accessible by the main front gate. This area is however inconsistent with the region SCP-X would otherwise end.
Incident XXXX-1
On █/██/████ before Exploration Log X-1, three unidentified armed humanoids were seen exiting SCP-X. There were no current protocols or plans for personnel to enter SCP-X and return. Foundation personnel had entered through the main gate to capture the instances. The humanoids (referred to as SCP-X-1, 2 and 3.) retaliated against Foundation personnel and were detained and questioned. Foundation personnel had defended against the instances, resulting in one instance suffering a head injury. It was observed that the three humanoids were identical to the three agents who were sent through SCP-X during Exploration X-1.

Discovery: █████ ██████ had gone missing on the day of █/██/████ prior to the discovery of SCP-X. 2 days after, it was reported he was spotted exiting the cave which is now known as SCP-X, wearing blood-stained clothes. Upon being questioned, █████ ██████ was reluctant to speak. Eventually, █████ ██████ said he had "went to murder someone." It was deemed that he had used a firearm based on the blood prints. DNA testing showed the blood was of the DNA of himself, which is what received the Foundation's attention.
1 day after █████ ██████ was in the custody of the Foundation, █████ ██████ was confirmed dead with multiple gunshot wounds to the chest. It was reported that an individual identical to █████ ██████ wearing the blood-stained clothes █████ ██████ was wearing on the day he returned from SCP-X had been seen entering SCP-X and had not been seen since.

A file regarding the CIA, the SCP Foundation and Project MKUltra. Coalitions between the CIA and the SCP Foundation are managed by the Department of External Affairs. This includes all projects involving both organizations, notably MKUltra.
FOUNDATION MKULTRA
██/██/1953, not long after the sanctioning of Project MKUltra, the SCP Foundation was contacted by individuals part of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) with information regarding amnestics and the Amnestic Use Guide along with concerns of SCP-061 and other memetic and cognitohazardous objects. The CIA explained Project MKUltra to the Foundation and had requested a deal for amnestics, memetic hazards and cognitohazards. The Foundation was quick to realize their reason for the deal after the explanation of MKUltra.
The amnestics were a simple deal, however, the request of memetic and cognitohazardous objects took much negotiation. It was argued that with MKUltra and anomalous objects, both the CIA and the Foundation could benefit through the "re-programming" of individuals to possibly create "the perfect soldier." With the anomalous objects, the procedure to re-program the individual would be much more efficient.
The Foundation was created to deal with anomalies, anomalies that if known to the public, could risk the worst. The Foundation argued that the CIA must stay within its own area, and the process of teaching containment of anomalies would be a fairly difficult one. The Foundation could not take Project MKUltra into it's own hands, as the Foundation is mainly dedicated to controlling anomalies. The CIA could not transfer into the Foundation, nor could the Foundation transfer into the CIA.
CLASS-D PERSONNEL / MKULTRA
The CIA could definitely use Class-D personnel for their project, although, shortage of Class-D personnel likely wouldn't be risked. An idea was eventually proposed: individuals who had been subjects of Project MKUltra would be transferred to Foundation property and would then be tested with certain anomalies. And so, the idea was taken into consideration. The Foundation agreed to the proposal. The coalition was named SCP MKUltra.
FOUNDATION RESPONSE
The Foundation proceeded to be part of Project MKUltra. The O5 Council already knew what had happened. The CIA was supposed to stay within their area, specifically, at least not try to work with the Foundation directly, especially since the Foundation is the one organization meant to deal with anomalies, besides other groups of interest. The Foundation was supposed to stay within their area unless they had to interfere with the outside world or other organizations if their reason was of utmost importance.
They had no way of knowing such information regarding the Foundation such as the Amnestic Use Guide, and information of anomalous objects. It was either the CIA stole Foundation data, or the CIA received Foundation data. The Foundation went along with the CIA.
PROJECT MKULTRA
The Foundation met up with CIA individuals at a facility. Along with them were Class-D personnel to be used as subjects by the CIA. The first time they did the procedure, some Foundation personnel were anxious. Foundation personnel were given a background check on subjects used by the CIA.
The first MKUltra experiment assisted with the Foundation was done on D-████. However, unlike the CIA in this situation, D-████ was not a MKUltra subject to the Foundation.
The experiment began. A barbiturate4 was injected into one arm. The moment D-████ seemed tired enough to fall asleep, amphetamine5 was injected into the other arm. A few moments later, D-████ woke up, frantically. Immediately, he was talking incoherently, which was the opportunity to ask him questions. However, the Foundation had other plans.
The CIA personnel asked. D-████ answered. Foundation personnel intervened immediately once he answered. The Foundation personnel blocked out all sounds, shut off communication with D-████, and began to play SCP-061 loud enough for the CIA personnel to hear, quiet enough for D-████ not to hear. D-████ continued babbling.
The CIA personnel had blank expressions. D-████ continued babbling.
"Forget what you were just told, what the subject just told you. Replace that information with information of the conclusion that the subject did not provide a useful answer."
SCP-061 stopped. D-████ continued babbling. The CIA personnel asked D-████ again, a similar question about his background.
SCP-061 played.
The CIA personnel had blank expressions. D-████ continued babbling.
"Forget what you were just told, what the subject just told you. Replace that information with information of the conclusion that the subject did not provide a useful answer."
It all repeated until the next experiment. However, the Foundation met a new challenge, a new experiment; amnestics.
The CIA explained there previous experiment with "psychic driving", a concept proposed by Donald Ewen Cameron before he was recruited to the CIA. An example of an experiment was the administering of drugs to cause the subject to enter a coma, and for the rest of the coma, an audio tape of sound, or statements were looped. "Psychic driving" was created to correct schizophrenia by erasing memory, and changing the mind.
Amnestics would be perfect for erasing memory. The CIA utilized them. However, the CIA wasn't exactly going to use psyche driving.
The subject, not a D-Class, was amnesticized by Foundation personnel with Class-A amnestics. He forget everything, mostly everything. He didn't know where he was, he didn't know who is family and friends were, he didn't know how old he was. All he remembered was how to speak. CIA personnel requested Foundation personnel to play SCP-061. They played a tune similar to SCP-061 instead. The sound was blocked out. An audio recording was looped nearby the subject in hopes to rewire the subject's mind along with SCP-061. It was likely that the experiment would work, if SCP-061 was used.
The day the subject awoke from the coma, the CIA could not get any conclusions. The experiment failed. The experiment was tried multiple times, and Foundation personnel created a fake document explaining that exposure to SCP-061 during sleep stages would result in mental damage. Foundation personnel kept up the charade for as long as Project MKUltra lasted. Eventually, the CIA discontinued Project MKUltra.
SCP-Q 3/21/16
Nikola Tesla, hypothetical SCP-Q-A.
Item #: SCP-Q
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-Q is currently stored at High-Security Chamber 09 at Area-██. Personnel below a Level 5 clearance are not permitted for access to the containment chamber.
The switch to activate SCP-Q is locked, and at no time may any authorized personnel unlock the switch. Any unusual seismic-like activity, SCP-Q must be observed for any unusual or unintended features, along with the preparation for potential damages to Area-██.
Description: SCP-Q is a mechanism spanning 4 meters x 7 meters. It is comprised mostly of steel and an unidentified high-conductive alloy with properties similar to steel. Upon further inspection, SCP-Q is a wide scale electro-mechanical oscillator powered by steam and pressure to produce electricity. However, SCP-Q has been observed to generate an abnormal amount of vibration, with the highest record being 55 kHz.
With great similarities to the 1893 electro-mechanical oscillator designed by Nikola Tesla, it is theorized that SCP-Q may have been designed by Nikola Tesla himself around 1895, though no such records of a device that of SCP-Q exist.
