Special Containment Procedures: SCP-R is to be kept in SHC-071 (Standard Humanoid Containment) at Site-114. SCP-R must be monitored at all times via a security camera by three personnel to maintain familiarity of SCP-R. SHC-071 may only be accessed by personnel with a clearance of at least Level 4.

Description: SCP-R appears to be a masked humanoid figure clothed in a black cloak. SCP-R as well possesses a crown made of black paper, hovering approximately 27 centimeters above its head. The Foundation is is unable to observe SCP-R without this garb with the exception of the mask, though x-rays have proven that SCP-R has a human skeleton.

SCP-R has anti-memetic properties affecting sentient beings. Any information regarding SCP-R such as it's appearance and nature is forgotten upon 7 seconds of attaining written, verbal, or visual information regarding SCP-R.

The origin of SCP-R and the area from which it was recovered is unknown. Though it's containment cell may be easily accessed, personnel stationed at Site-114 do not re-call it's exact cell. Descriptions and knowledge of SCP-R are able to be recovered easily, though such information will eventually be completely forgotten, leaving no personnel at Site-114 to remember it.

Massive amounts of files regarding SCP-R have been duplicated to ensure efficiency of containment procedures, and have been distributed among multiple branches of the SCiPNET database with few of each file being heavily secured.
