So its a talisman of some sort, It seems to "give good luck" to the person holding it, but over time, converts them into gold coins. these coins, upon contact with a living organism, are absorbed and bring "bad luck"
SCPXXXX becomes active when a sapient entity holds it. While held, whenever the entity holding SCPXXXX (the user) would experience harmful stimuli, SCPXXXX alters local reality- manipulating probability to prevent harm from coming to the user. after a delay, part of the user's body mass will be transmuted into gold coins, SCPXXXX-1, with the amount of mass converted correlating with the scale of the reality shift created by SCPXXXX
SCPXXXX does not increase the user's chance of success in any action by any amount.
SCPXXXX-1 are also anomalous. when making contact with any part of a sapient being, SCPXXXX-1 will fuse into the mass of the affected individual (the recipient). upon fusing with the recipient, SCPXXXX-1's mass will revert back into human tissue (which may cause transplant rejection) and for one hour (per instance of SCPXXXX-1 fused with) the recipient will experience a drop in motor skill as well as hand eye coordination, depth perception, balance, and an increase in impulsivity and aggression. no long term side affects unrelated to tissue rejection have been detected.

(minimum is one, coins are created in whole number increments, all coins are the same size, mass lost by users does not match the mass of the coins [coin shaped holes despite gold being denser than flesh, transmutation alters the body around the gap created - preventing bleeding, transmutation begins with the extremities first with the last mass converted being the brain)
