Special Containment Procedures: SCP-Secret-J is to be kept —in a standard containment unit. — in a 15m by 15m bank vault with walls made of steel reinforced concrete no less than 2.5m thick. This vault is to be moved to the interior of a 30m by 30m containment unit with soundproofed walls, and a large sunroof. Because of the nature of SCP-Secret-J, no D Class personnel are ever to be granted access to SCP-Secret-J's containment unit. SCP-Secret-J is to be tended to by B and C Class personnel only. Class-A amnestics are to be administered to all who enter SCP-Secret-J's containment unit. Any attempt made to disclose information about SCP-Secret-J not present in this document to persons without proper authorization will result in administration of Class-A amnestics to all present, and the termination of the individual responsible.
SCP-Secret-J is to be let out of its ████, and out of its vault once daily, to roam around its containment unit for two ours. Personnel overseeing this are to be equipped with earplugs and active noise canceling earmuffs. At such a time as all personnel have evacuated the containment cell, the shade blocking the sunroof at the top will be retracted.
It is imperative that no individuals other than Director ██████ ever hear SCP-Secret-J speak. Any individual who manages to hear SCP-Secret-J speak will be questioned by Director ██████ to determine what failure to comply with protocol lead to the incident. No details about the behavior, color, shape, origin, size, anomalous nature, weight, or ██████ of SCP-Secret-J is to be disclosed beyond for the following: SCP-Secret-J is small, talkative, colorful, intelligent and immune to all forms of amnestics currently available.
Addendum Secret-J-01: at the request of Director ██████, no individuals who are "Sensitive to issues of race or gender" or with "above average hearing" are to be allowed access to SCP-Secret-J's containment unit. The necessity of this request is being evaluated due to concerns of discrimination is being investigated, however this evaluation has made no progress, as access to any further information has been classified by Director ██████ as requiring "Level 17 or greater clearance".
