Concept name: The Hooded Being.

Concept classification: Euclid/Keter (due to the anomaly's desire to dismantle the Foundation, and the anomaly's ability to become unperceivable.)

Concept Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be removed from SCP-XXXX-1-3 and placed within a modified Humanoid containment cell. Modifications for the containment cell include Airlock door systems, modified ventilation systems that allow sleeping/tear gas to fill the cell, as well as a localized passive Reality Anchor technology to prevent the use of SCP-XXXX-1-3 in the case that SCP-XXXX gathers/is given the objects. Scranton Reality Anchors are to be used to negate the effects of SCP-XXXX-3, in the case of a containment breach. SCP-XXXX is allowed a cable connection, and any reading material permitted by Researcher ██████. Daily calorie requirements are to be met, but SCP-XXXX is to only be allowed unsharpened plastic utensils. SCP-XXXX-1-3 is to be locked within a safe at the furthest point from SCP-XXXX's cell within reasonable limits. SCP-XXXX is not to be within 5 meters of SCP-XXXX-1-3. SCP-XXXX-1-3 must not be removed for testing by anyone without two Level 4 Administrators approval. In the event of a containment breach, non-lethal weapons are required to be used by responding personnel.

Anomaly Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a humanoid male, standing roughly 1.6 meters tall. SCP-XXXX wears a grey hooded jacket at all times, with the hood covering the entity's facial features. When peering into the hood, no visible outline of a face or head is visible. SCP-XXXX refuses to identify itself as anything other than “The Lost”.
