Special Containment Procedures

SCP-9/3/5 is to be kept in a 5x5x5 containment unit which is to be kept at any temperature lower than -74°C. Two guards are to guard the containment unit at all times, with specially designed guns that shoot bullets at 60°C. Entering SCP-9/3/5's containment unit requires level 3 security clearance.

Description

SCP-9/3/5 is a humanoid figure completely made of ice, measuring 5'4 in height. SCP-9/3/5 has been observed to be able to create ice, as well as shape it. SCP-9/3/5 is also able to freeze any living thing it desires. Five to thirty minutes after this, the ice will shatter and the victim will be un-frozen. When this happens, there will be a small set of ice spikes stuck on the victim's top-right area of the head. This slows them down, weakens them, and makes them react to things slower.
SCP-9/3/5 is not damaged by regular bullets, daggers, etc. but is damaged by anything with a temperature over 50°C. SCP-9/3/5 was found in Antarctica on ▮/▮▮/▮▮▮▮.
