I need feedback for my SCP!

This is my SCP, I wrote. Though it does not meet the writing process, that is why I think I need some feedback so I can tweak, and change things in my SCP.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-8919 is to be kept in a dug hole covered in ache, broken sticks and rocks. SCP-8919 is to have multiple interactions with [REDACTED] in order to keep it neutralized. SCP-8919 seems to have a major relationship with [REDACTED] as [REDACTED] has said that he has had SCP-8919 in his life since he was three years of age.

Description: SCP-8919 is a german shepherd with white eyes with no pupils, but still seems to be able to see and clean white teeth. SCP-8919 has had many tests, and has seen to be capable of killing any personnel within a matter of minutes.
