Special containment procedures:
SCP-5215 is to be kept in a 1x1x2 meter space made from [REDACTED] which is produced by SCP-294. Every half year, a test subject is to enter the space in which SCP-5215 is kept in for the feeding of SCP-5215. When SCP-5215 detects its target, the target will now be reffered to as SCP-5215-2, SCP-5215 will release a very low pitched sound which can only be heared by SCP-5215-2. When SCP-5215-2 heares the sound produced by SCP-5215, SCP-5215-2 will get a paralizing fear and will be unable to move and SCP-5215 will begin moving towards SCP-5215-2. When SCP-5215 reaches SCP-5215-2, SCP-5215 will begin to violently smash itself into the subject's right eye until SCP-5215-2's eye is gone. When SCP-5215-2's right eye is gone, SCP-5215 will replace subject's right eye. SCP-5215-2 will be able to see through SCP-5215 for 5-16 minutes until the subject will have a cardiac arrest. After SCP-5215-2's death, subjects boy will begin to rot from SCP-5215. After 8 to [REDACTED] months, after which the body SCP-5215-2 is fully consumed leaving no traces behind, SCP-5215 will begin searching for a new host.
If the feeding proces is stopped, SCP-5215 will have a violent outburst and will smash violently against the floor, the ceiling or a wall of its containment chamber. 78% of these outbursts have resulted in a containment breach. There is no known material that will be able to stop this. [REDACTED], the material which the containment chamber is made out of, has the capability to slow the breach for a maximum of [DATA EXPUNGED] hours until SCP-5215 eventually breaks through.
If SCP-5215 breaches containment, SCP-5215 will try go to the nearest lifeform and will go through its normal feeding procedure. If an outburst is to be detected, a subject is to enter the containment chamber immediatly before SCP-5215 breaks through and Mobile Task Force Lambda-5 and Mobile Task Force Eta-11 are to be contacted. Mtf units are not allowed to split up in groups smaller than two (2) and if they split up, every group has to have at least one (1) unit of both MTFs.
SCP-5215 is not allowed under any sircumstances get outside of the facility, unless the facility is fully isolated by walls and a ceiling.
Discription:
SCP-5215 apears to be an eyeball with a black sclera and red pupil. SCP-5215 has the ability to levitate, but only in a state where SCP-5215 feels the presence of or has located SCP-5215-2. If not, SCP-5215 lays on the ground and does not move. Origin of SCP-5215 is unknown.
SCP-2515-1 is a dimension that will manyfest in any space that SCP-5215 is currently in. SCP-2515-1 apears to be a labyrinth that has no walls and stretches infinitely. SCP-2515-1's effect however, will only go until it reaches the floor, walls and ceiling of the room that SCP-2515 is in. When SCP-5215 has entered SCP-5215-2's right eye socket, SCP-5215-2 and SCP-5215 will be dragged into the nearest wall of the labyrinth.
