Summoning seal for SCP-XXXX.

Special Containment Procedures: The Foundation webcrawler program "Skeptic's Signal' is to be programed to detect and take down mentions of 'Anaiel', 'Memory Ritual' and 'Avehdel' on social media websites and internet data sites.

Additonally, MTF Mu-13 "Ghostbusters" is to confiscat and destroy copies of occult literature that make mentions of 'Anaiel', 'Memory Ritual' and 'Avehdel.' Independent businesses thay deal with the occult, such as fortune tellers and tarot-card readers are also to be investigated for mentions of Anaiel', 'Memory Ritual' and 'Avehdel.'

Pagan, Wicca and New Age groups throughout England are also to be investigated for mentions of the above. Members who are familar with said such are to be detained and treated with class-A amnestics. Ritual materials including Bluebell flowers (Hyacinthoides non-scripta), bones of the Common Barn Owl (Tyto alba), powdered bone ash and liquid silver are to be seized and destroyed.

Description: SCP-XXXX1 refers to a Pagan entity, and its home universe. (SCP-XXXX-1.)

SCP-XXXX is able to bring human subjects to its home dimension through usage of a ritual involving a dead loved one. While it is currentky unknown how old both the ritual and entity have been, usage if Anaiel have been dated to at keast 1332, mostky in the Scottish town of Roseafar. According to occult texts on the subject, SCP-XXXX was summoned in order to bring the summoner permantly with a deceased love one, in an 'afterlife'.

The ritual, known as the Memory Ritual, involves drawing of an intricate seal, (seen above), along with the burning of owl bones, bone ash from the loved one, and then the dousing of fire with a combination of Bluebell petals and liquid silver. If done correctly, SCP-XXXX will be summoned and will take the summoner into SCP-XXXX-1.

Physcial appearances of SCP-XXXX differ considerbly. The first mention of SCP-XXXX, from The Prayer of St. Anthony describes SCP-XXXX in the following manner. (Translated from Middle English.)

'… Anaiel, the angel. Anaiel, the angel. The face of a great goat, with mighty horns piercing the black eyes. Mighty Anaiel, with the body of a great serpent, a obsidian dagger in your sweet tail. Anaiel, Anaiel, with wings of the crow, with gentle words of God.'

A differing depiction of SCP-XXXX appears in an old text, Chil'den of Roseafar.

…Three mighty lines of heaven, enrapt with one. Horns of the beast, feathers of the bird, tail of the serpent. Our chil'den in'deed. Three mighty things to be one, with our gentle memories of our loved, forever in twain. The beast of wrath, the bird of fleet, a serpent of sacred lust.'

A written account from Fr. George Albert with SCP-XXXX describes the entity radically different:

Addendum No. 1 SCP-XXXX-1

Much of what is currently known about SCP-XXXX-1 is through the three manned explorations, sent through the entity between the periods of 1██4 and
1██8. The following is known:

  • SCP-XXXX-1 has an enternal day and night cycle, with each period of time consisting of 24 hours each. Despite the presence of this, no solar system above or below SCP-XXXX-1 is present.
  • SCP-XXXX-1 has an eternal weather system, similar to the standard four. (Autumn, Winter, Spring, Summer.)
  • A small population of specimens unique to SCP-XXXX-1 is present, mostly consisting of various birds and small mammals. Several instances of trees and flowering bushes are present here, that do not have a real-world counterpart.
  • SCP-XXXX-1 has a small population of native 'humans.' It is unknown if these humans are victims of SCP-XXXX, or a living part of SCP-XXXX-1.
  • SCP-XXXX-1 has currently no way of exiting the pocket dimension. As such, all D-Class personal sent into SCP-XXXX-1 have not been able to return, or send back proper specimens. All information about SCP-XXXX-1 gas been gathered via the exploration log's video and audio equipment.
  • Those inside SCP-XXXX-1 do not wish to leave and express joy and happiness.
  • While SCP-XXXX is not physcially present in SCP-XXXX-1, numerous drawings and statues of it are found throughout.
  • The geography of SCP-XXXX-1 differs depending on who has entered, with the dimension modeling itself after memories and experiences from the visitor.
