Any student who shows signs of a possible school shooter are to be monitored closely even after school, including their social media or any relationships they’ve formed.

After the event of a school shooting, A-class amnestics are to be administered to every survivor before being released.

Foundation Misinformation agents deployed on local news stations are to attribute the death of the shooter as suicide while any other fatality during SCP-XXXX rampage will be registered as a “School Shooting Victim”.

Special Containment Procedures (Revised Version 11-1): Foundation personal are to be inserted into every high school posing as teachers or security guards. Any student who shows signs of a possible school shooter are to be monitored closely even after school, including their social media or any relationships they’ve formed.

Any police officers or armed security who seeks to enter the school area must be stripped from any firearms that have on them. If asked why, personal must use cover stories: XXXX-1A “For safety reasons” or XXXX-1B “In order to not trigger the students”.

In the event of a school shooting, the personal have to report to administration as soon as possible in order to deploy MTF Alpha-9 from the nearest Foundation Outpost. The Task Force agents will be deployed into the area as rescue workers. Using drone, they will have to scout the school area to find the hole that it emerged from. The team must not possess any firearms, except one, before entering into the main school building. The gunman will have to lead SCP-XXXX away from the building, while the other members must find any survivors and administer A-Class amnestic before releasing them.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid creature around 2.1 meters in height and weights approximately 82 kg. SCP-XXXX resembles Siamese twins devoid of any eye sockets or mouth on their face, with only a human nose and a pair of human ears. Its heads however have different hair, with the right head having seemingly no hair at all, whereas the left head has medium curvy blonde hair. The twins are dressed in a black trench coat with military bottoms and gun holsters. Both heads seems to wear a black baseball cap turned backwards. Additionally, their arms seem to have been attached to a Pump Action Sawed-off Shotgun and a TEC-9 semi-automatic pistol on its right and left arms respectively. SCP-XXXX’s average running speed has been around 17.52 km/s (10.88 m/s), running incredible fast despite the extra weight of its trench coat or holsters.

SCP-XXXX is using the sound of its guns’ bullet impact on any surface as a navigation method. For example, if SCP-XXXX shoots on a wall on its left and the bullet impact’s sound is loud, then it will release that it is too close to the left wall and will move away from it. It also helps determine the dimension of the building it’s in (for example, the distance of the celling from the ground, the distance between the walls etc.).SCP-XXXX does not seem to reload any of his guns, leading to the theory that can regenerate its own bullets.

SCP-XXXX manifests in high school environment, mostly during an active shooting. During the first instances, it was noted that SCP-XXXX would navigate thought the halls in order to find and eliminate the shooter. However, after Incident XXXX-A, researchers came to the conclusion that it is attacking anyone who is holding any type of firearm inside the school area, even when there is not during an active shooting taking place. It is currently unknown how it can locate firearms inside the school area or how it can realize if the gunman is deceased, with investigations showing no possible explanation as for the reason or way of its manifestation. After it has shot and killed the gunman, it will flee from the area, disappearing completely with no traces.

Note: During a recent instance of SCP-XXXX’s manifestation at the █████████ High School, Task Force agents were able to trace a big hole on the school’s parking █ meters away from the main school building, leading to the assumption that SCP-XXXX came from beneath it. However, after excavation, no traces of the entity were found or any potential clue that could lead to it.

Incident XXXX-1: On ██/█/20██ at ██:██ in the morning at the ██████ High School, a group of police officers enter the school in order to question Headmaster ██████ █████████ about the case of ██████ ████. Both police officers were seen having a Beretta M9 equipped in their right hip holster. Approximately, after ██ minutes since their entrance on the main school building; SCP-XXXX made its appearance onto the school’s parking garage and started firing. With the assumption that it was a shooter, school faculty initiated safety procedures, while the 2 police officers prepared the weapons and requested for backup. SCP-XXXX kept running while tripping and shooting, closing on their location.

[Gunshots and screaming]

Officer ████████:

DISPATCH, THIS IS ███! REQUESTING ADDITONAL SUPPORT ASAP! I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE FUCK IS THI-

[Loud gunshots and screams of pain]

Dispatcher:

███? What’s going on?

Officer ████████:

HOLY SHIT!!! HOLY SHIT!!! DISPATCH! ███ IS DEAD! I REPEAT, ███ IS-

[Loud gunshots]

[The remained of the transcript has the dispatcher trying to reach out to both officers, to no response].

At ██:██, █ minutes after the encounter, a local SWAT team arrived on site and the entered the school building to secure it. In ██ minutes, the building was secured, with only trace of SCP-XXXX being the decapitated corpses of the police officers. Foundation agents reported that only 5 out of the ███ saw SCP-XXXX, all of who were administered A-class amnestics. The O5 council, then, decided to revise its Containment Procedures in light of this incident.
