In memory of Dr. ██████ - A true foundation hero
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Neutralised
Special Containment Procedures: N/A
Description: Document SCP-XXXX-1 was an anonymous unsigned letter delivered to Site-██ on ██/██/1968. Subsequent DNA analysis showed that the author of SCP-XXXX-1 was former foundation researcher Dr. ██████, who was relieved of his position at Site-██ on ██/██/1968 due to declining mental health.
The contents of document SCP-XXXX-1 hypothesised the existence of a cognitohazard of unknown origin within the foundation database. Research undertaken upon the arrival of SCP-XXXX-1 supported the hypothesis, and documents containing SCP-XXXX were destroyed and recreated without SCP-XXXX.
SCP-XXXX was a cognitohazard contained within no less than ██ documents throughout the foundation database at the time. SCP-XXXX was known to cause the rapid development of neurological diseases such as Dementia, Parkinson's, and Alzheimer's. It is now known that Dr. ██████'s declining mental health was caused by his exposure to SCP-XXXX. Due to document SCP-XXXX-1, only █ staff members were exposed to SCP-XXXX, including Dr. ██████.
Dr. ██████ is a true foundation hero.
