Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX is to be contained on and within the person of a member of D-class personnel. The selected D-class personnel must be confined to a negative pressure quarantine cell at Bio-site ██. The requisite cell is equipped with level ██ ███████ sprinklers, ultra high-powered UV lights, flame-emitting deterrents as well as permanent installments of audio-visual recording equipment. SCP-XXXX is to be remotely monitored at all times. Absolutely no direct contact shall be permitted between foundation personnel and the selected D-class personnel except for the passage of food and disposal of waste while properly equipped. Absolutely no contact, direct nor indirect, shall be permitted between foundation personnel and the selected D-class personnel.

Description: SCP-XXXX are a microbiota, viewable only via electron microscope. SCP-XXXX exhibits an anomalous and memetic effect on the personality and behavior of the human body it colonizes. It is unclear at present whether some or all of the microorganisms that make up SCP-XXXX should be characterized as anomalous.¹ The precise amount of microorganisms that make up SCP-XXXX is ostensibly unknowable. The total amount of microbes is estimated to be in the relative range of normalcy for an amount of microorganisms that colonize an adult human.²

Dr. Tiffany: We can begin if we're ready.

D-XXXX appears agitated as he picks himself up off the floor, struggling to gain his footing.

D-XXXX: (muttering) Who the hell do you think you are? You can't keep me locked up; not like this, not in this hell hole. The crime doesnt fit the punishment, doc.

Dr. Tiffany: We can begin if we're ready.

D-XXXX: There's literally ████. Human ████ to my ankles in this box. And you wanna talk? Fuck you! If I ever get out of this stinking pit, I swear to God I'll chew your fucking pig fuck face off and shove this mop so far up up your ass the top of your skull will pop like a balloon!

Dr. Tiffany: SCP-XXXX, we can begin if we're ready.

D-XXXX: You motherless (mumbles incoherently) there are stiffs in here for God's sake-

At this point in the video, D-XXXX suddenly jerks his head viciously backwards and when his head returns to it's former position, he is grinning.

SCP-XXXX: Good day, doctor. We do apologize for the delay. Services ran long.

Dr. Tiffany: It's no problem SCP-XXXX. You didn't keep me waiting too long anyhow. If I may ask, how were the services this afternoon?

SCP-XXXX: (chuckles) They were just fine. The preacher gave an inspiring sermon. We broke out into groups afterwards for prayer circles and heard some be-utiful testimonials.

Dr. Tiffany: Sounds rather nice.

SCP-XXXX: it was. It was. You know we do them all the time. You ought to come.

Dr. Tiffany: Your threats will not be tolerated SCP-XXXX.

SCP-XXXX: Threats? Brother, we don't threaten you. We only want for you what we want for us.

Dr. Tiffany: To "save my soul," is that correct SCP-XXXX?

SCP-XXXX: You're darn tootin'. Pardon our French.

D-XXX5 lies writhing in pain on the floor. Her body appears emaciated. She clutches her abdomen.

D-XXX5: Please. Please doctor! Feed me!

Dr. Tiffany: You know we cant do that D-XXX5.

D-XXX5: You can. You have to. (sobbing) I'm begging you! It feels like I'm being torn apart!

At this point in the recording, other, difficult to distinguish voices are caught on the recording. Copies of the original audio are available to level 4 personnel pending the approval of Dr. J. Tiffany.

Dr. Tiffany: What did you say, D-XXX5?

D-XXX5 groans and more of the aforementioned voices are picked up on the recording.

Dr. Tiffany: SCP-XXXX, are you attempting to communicate?

D-XXX5: It's (gasping for air) the angels. They're calling me home.

Dr. Tiffany: D-XXX5, can you tell me what the anomaly… what are the angels saying to you, D-XXX5?

D-XXX5: They're singing. (quietly in sing-song) glory, glory (coughs) hallelujah… my eyes have (coughs) seen the glory (coughs repeatedly) of the coming of the lord…

D-XXX5 continues singing less and less audibly for another 21 seconds, at which point, she appears to succumb to death. A high-pitched melodic humming caught on the recording seems to emanate from the corpse of D-XXX5.

Dr. Tiffany:: She's gone. Bring in the custodian.

Other ideas
Incident log oldest incident original containment procedure. Dclass is hungry and has bed pan access. Dclass touches bio hazard suited hand of personnel feeding him. Anomalous effects passed on. Dclass in charge of cleaning bed pan anomalous effects passed on. No one catches it. Fp goes home interacts with family, who knows who else. Dclass interacts with other dclass. All of them are contained in hermetic chamber and eventually perish. Scp XXXX controls all of them at once. End on "we'll pray for you."
