All staff and D-Class are forbidden from entering SCP-XXXX. The anomalous effects of SCP-XXXX will serve as punishment for any individual who enters SCP-XXXX.
No testing may be conducted on SCP-XXXX for any reason. No individual may grant permission for testing with SCP-XXXX.
Under no circumstance may unmanned drones or any other form of remote-controlled data gathering device be sent into SCP-XXXX, due to the certainty of losing said device. Doing so is punishable by demotion and reprimand.

Description
SCP-XXXX is an abandoned building beneath Site-█. Site-█ is located in ██████, UK. SCP-XXXX was undiscovered prior to an earthquake causing the basement floor of Site-1 to cave in, revealing SCP-XXXX. The actual owners or builders of this building are unclear, however, a logo seemingly resembling the Foundation logo is present throughout SCP-XXXX (seen above).
SCP-XXXX's primary anomalous property manifests when an individual attempts to leave SCP-XXXX. Upon reaching the exit to SCP-XXXX, individuals will instantaneously become deceased. How this occurs is unclear, due to the inability to retrieve any bodies from SCP-XXXX due to its anomalous property.
The actual interior of SCP-XXXX appears to be some form of a primitive office building, with desks, cubicles, etc., however, technology within SCP-XXXX suggests it was built at some point in the early 1800s.

Special Containment Procedures
Foundation personnel should be discouraged from entering SCP-XXXX at all costs. Any individual who does enter SCP-XXXX should be immediately terminated via multiple memetic kill agents that have been placed within SCP-XXXX.
If any probe or other information gathering device should manage to enter SCP-XXXX, it is to be remotely destroyed, and any information that is gathered is to be restricted to level 5 clearance.
Description
SCP-XXXX is a series of layered buildings beneath Foundation Site-1. The actual number of floors or distance down that SCP-XXXX descends is unclear, however, as of yet, twenty-three floors and two and a half miles have been explored.
SCP-XXXX can seemingly be divided into layers based on time periods, with each building being unknowingly built upon the previous by whatever group or organization built it.
Each group present within SCP-XXXX appears to be some form of previous incarnation of the Foundation. While these groups will often use various different logos, names, and means of containing anomalies, they will all seemingly share the Foundation's ideals and goal of containing and understanding anomalies.
All groups found to be present within SCP-XXXX have been shown to no longer exist, with SCP-XXXX serving as the only evidence to their existence.
The primary anomalous property of SCP-XXXX is its ability to seemingly "call to" Foundation personnel. It will manifest this ability every ten to forty years. When the ability does manifest, a single Foundation personnel will seemingly become aware of SCP-XXXX's existence, at which point they will discover its location and venture down into it. However, documents recovered from within SCP-XXXX suggest that the discovery and spread of information of SCP-XXXX by personnel who discover it is the cause of the collapse of the previous groups. For the most extensive exploration log of SCP-XXXX, see document XXXX-A.
