Special Containment Procedures: All behaviours of SCP-2XXX are to be documented and monitored. SCP-2XXX-1 through -12 are to be followed during activation times by MTF Theta-XX ("Phantom Watch") through the use of 12 vehicles equipped with anti-Phantasmohazardous materials which are to be cleaned and tested for anomalous substances after SCP-2XXX deactivates. Each vehicle will contain 5 passengers: 2 Scientists specialized in dealing with Phantoms,Apparitions,Spectre; 3 members of MTF Theta-XX equipped with anti-Phantasmohazardous gear and weaponry. All unexpected changes in behaviour of SCP-2XXX-1 through -12 including: change of destinations, change of movement route, causing unexpected anomalous events, etc. are to be reported to site manager or depending on circumstances, to O5█. Under certain circumstances of unexpected changes in behaviour, SCP-2XXX will be reclassified under permission from O5█. If SCP-2XXX undergoes changes in behaviour that deem it worthy of being reclassified as Keter, Protocol D2 (Day of the Dead) is to be applied.
Description: SCP-2XXX is a dense, amorphous fog that surrounds a caravan of 12 vehicles now classified as SCP-2XXX-1 through -12. SCP-2XXX seems to split in order to follow and conceal each vehicle as it moves through site-2XXX Alpha (████,████,USA). SCP-2XXX-1 is a black limousine with the Logo of the GoI, Vien Robotics and Advancements Corporation (Vien Corp) on its hood. SCP-2XXX-2 and -3 are police motorcycles. SCP-2XXX-4 through -8 are Buses with the Logo of Vien Corp on the sides. SCP-2XXX-9 is a green, Ford Jeep with camouflage patterns. SCP-2XXX-10 through -12 are Hudson Hornet cars of average size. SCP-2XXX was discovered by Dr.████ during his vacation in ████,████. Locals are familiar with SCP-2XXX due to the fact that it is considered an urban legend and multiple sitings have occured before the foundation was aware of SCP-2XXX.

objects like any average driver and unable to pass through physical objects, unlike other
such apparations.

MTF Theta-XX Agent D████: It's been several minutes now and SCP-2XXX-9 hasn't made
changes in behaviour. Everything is going normal.

MTF Theta-XX Agent: SCP-2XXX-9 has changed direction and is heading for what is now
dubbed as Destination Incognita (████ Penitentiary,████,████,USA). SCP-2XXX-9 stopped at
Destination Incognita and what we can only assume to be SCP-2XXX. SCP-2XXX-9 stayed at Destination
Incognita for 15.7 minutes.
Saturday ██,████
After some digging, it was revealed that S████ (a prisoner of ████ Penitentiary) was found dead of
choking with the culprit "unkown" (We suspect it was the fault of SCP-2XXX).

MTF Theta-XX Agent R████: SCP-2XXX-1 has arrived at Destination Omega. We also witnessed
a unidentifiable ship at Destination Omega which SCP-2XXX-1 was seen entering as we caught up with it.

Due to the prior events, a Containment Breach has been announced, and due to the current behavioural
changes to SCP-2XXX-1 and -9 have warranted a reclassification from Euclid to Keter. Permission for
Protocol D2 has been issued.

Report from Site-2XXX manager
After the complete eradication of the terroristic GoI, New Vien (Connected to but not to be confused with
Vien Corp), SCP-2XXX and SCP-2XXX-1 through -12 have shown no signs of activity.
SCP-2XXX has been reclassified from Keter to Neutralized.
██/██/██
A large faciltiy owned by the GoI, Vien Corp, was discovered west of site-2XXX Alpha has been discovered.
It has now been dubbed site-2XXX Beta. Vehicles identical to SCP-2XXX-1 through -12 have been
discovered alongiside portable fog machines.
SCP-2XXX has still shown no signs of activity and according to documents found in site-2XXX Beta have
comfirmed that SCP-2XXX was a hoax designed to destract authorities from illegal activities of the GoI,
New Vien. Due to this, SCP-2XXX was reclassified from Neutralized to Explained.

Several months after Report 2XXX-2, SCP-2XXX has resumed activity. No activity from the vehicles
in site-2XXX Beta have been discovered. Thus, this instance of SCP-2XXX is to be considered authentic
at the moment. SCP-2XXX has been reclassified from Explained to Euclid.

Physical Objects were once again placed in front of SCP-2XXX-5,but it simply phased through all > physical objects placed in its way.
Anti-Phantasmohazard materials were placed in front of SCP-2XXX-5, and it is not able to phase through the materials.
