Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a standard 5mX5mX5m humanoid containment cell at Site-██, guarded by two (2) level-3 security officers with high Psychic Resistance Scale scores. SCP-XXXX is able to request personal items and reasonable modifications to its cell (See Addendum XXXX-1). Only level-3 personnel may have access to XXXX. All tests shall be conducted in a separate test chamber.
Description:
SCP-XXXX is a nineteen (19) year old male, approx. two (2) meters tall, of slightly below-average physical build. It weighs approx. 56 kilograms, and has an extraordinarily fast metabolism, eating a recorded 5000 Calories per day. The excessive calorie intake has had no effect on its weight. It displays signs of Psychopathy, ADD (ADHD), and Low-level Autism. On-site psychiatrists have confirmed this, and recovered medical records has shown that these problems have been persistent through its entire life.
SCP-XXXX has an anomalously high PRS score, and has been recorded to have not been affect in the slightest by any mind-effecting SCP. It appears to also have an ability to influence animals, being able to override instincts and emotions. In rare cases, it has been recorded to be able to influence the actions of humans, with it being more effective on influencing people with a low PRS score. SCP-XXXX has stated it is extremely mentally taxing to do so, and does not enjoy influencing members of staff.
SCP-XXXX is usually compliant with members of staff, but has been known to refuse to complete experiments with humans, and has at one point influenced members of staff to stop an experiment (see Incident Report XXXX-1a). It only refuses to do experiments that conflict with its morals, and will adamantly defend its morals, even when threatened with termination. It has not attempted to breach containment, but has been recorded to exit its containment chamber during containment breaches (see Addendum XXXX-3).

Incident Report XXXX-1a:
Foreword: SCP-XXXX was being tested to see the extent of their abilities. Test was being performed by Dr. █████, and was to see if SCP-XXXX could influence D-90125 to terminate D-97134.

10:35; D-90125 enters SCP-XXXX's test chamber
10:36; D-97134 enters SCP-XXXX's test chamber
10:40; SCP-XXXX is instructed to influence D-90125 to pick up a standard MTF handgun. SCP-XXXX complies, noting “I don’t like where this is going”.
10:43; SCP-XXXX is instructed to influence D-90125 to fire three rounds into D-97135, SCP-XXXX is unresponsive.
10:45; Instructions repeated four times, SCP-XXXX continues to be unresponsive.
10:50; SCP-XXXX responds to the instructions by saying “no”. SCP-XXXX is reminded that being uncooperative can result in termination, to which XXXX responds with “so be it”.
10:53; SCP-XXXX lashes out by influencing members of staff to stop the test. Test stopped immediately.
11:00; All D-class exited test chamber without incident.
14:00; SCP-XXXX is questioned (see Appendix XXXX-2i).
Addendum XXXX-2i:
Interviewed: SCP-XXXX
Interviewer: Dr. █████
Foreword: This interview was done three hours after Incident XXXX-1, and SCP-XXXX has calmed down, for the most part.

SCP-XXXX: “You forced my hand. I wasn’t about to murder someone just because ‘he was a D-Class'. Even if there here for 50 counts of murder, I'm not going to have them start killing one another.”
Dr. █████: “You would not have been terminating anyone, D-90125 would have.”
SCP-XXXX: “I don’t care, it goes against what morals I have left.”
SCP-XXXX is visibly agitated.

Dr. █████: “Ok, I think we're done here.”

Addendum XXXX-3:
Before moving SCP-XXXX to Site-██, it was contained at Site-19 for three months. During the second month, a containment breach occurred. During the five-hour period of the containment breach, SCP-XXXX encountered D-10035 wielding SCP-668. D-10035 stated his intention to “eat your heart out”, and SCP-XXXX evacuated from the area, meeting MTF Epsilon-11. SCP-XXXX informed Epsilon-11's commander about D-10035, its encounter with SCP-668. Epsilon-11's commander gave SCP-XXXX an MTF standard handgun, and instructed it to eliminate D-10035. SCP-XXXX complied, and returned 668 to its security box without incident.
