Description: Scp- 5027 also known as "Character Creator" is a 13 year old girl named (REDUCED). They are 5''6' and have brown hair with blond tips.
The specimen has the ability to summon characters from cartoons, anime, etc. However, the scp suffers from ADHD and vocal perapasia. So when summoning characters she could say the wrong thing and summon a deadly creature.
When the character is created, it has 24 hours before it disappears. But, if they are able to convince the character its fake it will disappear instantly.
Scp- 5027 came to the foundation after being caught talking to "Spongebob" from "Spongebob Square pants" in public. She was originally classified as "safe" until one test when she accidentally summoned "tomora shigaraki" from "My Hero Academia". The character released Scp-173 from containment with its " Disintegrating powers". She was then changed to Euclid.
Scp- 5027 is contained in a humanoid bedroom with access to many types of books and her list of "characters to not mention".
Test 1: Scp-5027 was asked to talk about "mickey mouse". After a couple of words of description, the cartoon mouse was summoned
Test 4: Scp-5027 was asked to talk about " The cesher cat". She miss said a couple of words do to her perapasia and summoned "Felix the cat" followed by her repeating the following prase: "I'm sorry".
Test 7: Scp-5027 was asked to talk about Scp-085 after meeting her. She was unable to summon her. After the test she rose her head to the scientist with tears in her eyes followed by "I'm sorry I couldn't to it."
Interview-
Scientist: hello Scp-5027.
5027: hi…
Scientist: how long have you had this power?
5027: I think since I was born.
Scientist: okay next que-
5027: did I do something had? I mean bad!
Scientist: No! You didn't.
5027: then why are you there?
Scientist: Just for an interview.
5027: a-are you okay? I-I mean s-sure!
Scientist: Yes, but are you okay?
5027: I'm sorry
Scientist: for what?
5027: I keep messing up! I-I keep dyeing the wrong c-charaters. I mean creating!
Scientist: Its okay. Its not your fault. You can't control what you say!
5027: I'm just like Twice!
Scientist: who?
5027: Twice. From My Hero Academia.
Scientist: Don't continue! That's on your "Don't Summon" list!
5027: I DON'T MISS!
The interview had to be canceled until another day do to 5027's breakdown.
