Containment Procedures:
The crocs shall be kept in a 12 meter x 12 meter chamber padded with croslite on all surfaces. The crocs are to be placed on top of a 6 meter x 6 meter, two layer sheet of corrugated croslite. Which needs to be replaced every 5 years. If for some reason the croslite can not be replaced, then it shall be replaced as soon as possible.
Description:
A standard pair of US size 10 1/2 black crocs that when being worn, anything the wearer touches gains a hole. Including themselves and other creatures. This hole may be anywhere from 1 centimeter, to 1 foot in diameter.
Every 12 weeks gone by without being worn, the surface the crocs are sitting on gains a hole. Unless the crocs are sitting on a piece of Croslite, which doubles the time it takes for a hole to appear.
Anything wearing the crocs other than a human Will not gain the affects a human would, instead the creature wearing the crocs will gain a hole every twelve seconds until the creature disappears or the crocs are taken off. It is unknown where the creature ends up. It is believed to be transported to a pocket dimension, along with the pieces of everything the crocs were used to put holes in.

Recovered after multiple reports of seemingly random holes found at various locations throughout the city of ???????, ??, United States of America.
Activity was traced to an individuals house.
Where the individual was apprehended, then questioned. The crocs were then identified as the root cause of the mysterious holes, and were then taken by foundation personnel. The individual and the rest of the city were administered class-C amnestics, and were informed that the holes were caused by [DATA EXPUNGED]
