Containment Procedures: All SCP-XXXX subjects are to remain undisturbed within Site-94 unless absolutely neccessary with two armed Foundation agents patroling the perimeter of the site in case of civillian intrusion. Food, preferably meat or meat-based products is to be brought once on weekly basis and left in front of the Site-94's main enterance for SCP-XXXX or XXXX-1 subject to collect. For research purposes, only one researcher with at least level 2 security clearance should be present on Site-94 and utilize younger person (9-13 years of age are recommended, min. 4 yrs. old, max. 16 yrs. old, Gender is unimportant) to pacify subjects. Should subjects turn violent, researchers are to evacuate area of Site-94 immediately. Should child not return to researcher on their own within 1 hour after evacuation of the site, it will be assumed MIA and counted as an instance of SCP-XXXX-1. Should researcher not report to local Foundation office within 1 hour after violent contact with SCP-XXXX subjects is confirmed, they will automatically be considered KIA.

To minimize possibility of injury or death of research staff, all researchers working with SCP-XXXX subjects are to be equipped with tasers and preferably should be trained in basic hand-to-hand combat.

To minimize possibility of creating SCP XXXX-1 subject, all younger members of research staff working with SCP-XXXX subjects aged 8 and up are to be equipped with taser for self-defense in case SCP-XXXX subjects turn violent. Children older than 13 should also preferably be trained in basic hand-to-hand combat.

Following incident on 3/24/2008, Foundation snipers are to be posted in remote areas surrounding Site-94 24-7 and guard it in 12-hour shifts. In case of containment breach, they are authorized to non-lethally incapacitate SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-1 subjects. Lethal force is authorized only if agent's life is in direct danger or if they are incapable of restraining subjects non-lethally.

If civillian approaches Site-94 and sees SCP-XXXX or SCP-XXXX-1, they are to be taken into custody and administered amnestic before being released (Protocol Green Alpha). If they try to resist capture, they are to be treated as hostile and subdued before being brought in for questioning (Protocol Green Beta). Should they, regardless of age, attempt to make verbal or physical contact with any subject, they are to be terminated immediately (Protocol Green Delta).

Description: SCP-XXXX is a group of children from [REDACTED] area of eastern England which occupies area of the building that formerly housed [REDACTED] orphanage in woods near [REDACTED].

Group consists of 25 children (3 boys and 22 girls) who all claim to be born at various dates between January 1917 and July 1926. They all can speak normal British English and often use phrases and slang associated with 1920s and 1930s but upon being interviewed, they have all shown knowledge about history after 1939, including breakout of World War 2, Cold War, landing on the moon and advent of cellphones and internet but testing conducted between June and August 2006 has shown that they are completely digitally illiterate.

For all intents and purposes, all subjects show average to slightly above-average intelligence and problem-solving skills. There are also recorded instances of pack-like behavior.

All SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-1 subjects showcase aggression towards any person over the age of 16 that approaches them, with increasingly more extreme displays of aggressive-territorial behavior taking place the longer person stays near them, with initial sign of aggression being verbal warnings and threats to leave them alone. If person doesn't heed to the warning and walks away within 15 seconds, all nearby subjects turn physically violent and attack the person in pack like manner with three male SCP-XXXX subjects being observed tackling 36-year old male D-class subject to the ground before [DATA EXPUNGED] them and killing them by crushing their throat afterwards durung the test conducted on 7/25/2007. In rare cases, after killing the person they string up the corpse on a tree near Site-94 enterance supposedly as a warning for others with this behavior being observed occuring only once outside of controlled enviroment since containment (3/24/2008 incident).

Such behavior doesn't occur if subjects are near child/teenager with subjects being friendly towards non-anomalous child/teenager, displaying behavioral patterns typical for non-anomalous children of their ages and have shown preference for children aged between 9-13 with gender being unimportant. As Foundation realized that adult research staff is more likely to survive if another non-anomalous child is present with them, bringing non-anomalous child/teenager into Site-94 during research to distract and/or pacify SCP-XXXX and XXXX-1 subjects is standard operating procedure for research staff working in Site-94 since 1/1/2007. However, this method isn't foolproof as 95% of currently living SCP-XXXX-1 subjects were formerly used by Foundation staff to pacify SCP-XXXX subjects during research.

Ages of all children point to the fact that they have inexplicably stopped aging sometime around 1930, with youngest SCP-XXXX subject, female born on 21/7/1926 being only 4 years old while oldest subject, female born on 1/5/1917 is 13 years old. Roentgen screening and DNA testing conducted on 4/11/2007 has confirmed that their biology matches their claimed ages and that they are 100% human beings. Neither of the subjects is certain why they have stopped aging.

Each SCP-XXXX subject also has a given name. For confidentiality purposes, individual subjects will be refered by codenames for duration of this report. All subjects also possess speed and physical strength widely disproportional to their physiques with oldest subject, real name [DATA EXPUNGED], codenamed Auburn being observed moving across the large room and snapping neck of 24-year old D-class subject within 2 seconds during testing conducted on 6/15/2007 while the youngest subject, real name [DATA EXPUNGED], codename Blue has shown ability to tackle a full-grown male and effectively break his skull during containment breach on 1/20/2013. Reasons behind their increased physical strength and speed are still unknown.

Despite their increased physical attributes, all SCP-XXXX and XXXX-1 subjects can be injured via conventional means and possess non-anomalous human healing factor.

All SCP-XXXX and XXXX-1 subjects supposedly don't need to maintain personal hygiene or change their clothes with SCP-XXXX subjects confessing to not changing their clothes until it starts to physically rot, with current clothes of all SCP-XXXX subjects suggesting that they last changed sometime during late 1990s or early 2000s while SCP-XXXX-1 subjects mostly wear attaire they wore before being assimilated while some took to copying clothing style of SCP-XXXX subjects. Attempts by Foundation staff to introduce new clothes have thus far, been unsuccessful.

Despite not washing up or brushing their teeth for decades, all SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-1 are constantly clean and show no signs of typical illnesses or disorders associated with poor hygiene (e.g. head lice, leprosy, dental cavities, bad breath, etc).

On simmilar note, all SCP-XXXX and XXXX-1 subjects show reduced nutritional requirements, being observed eating smaller ammounts of food once a week. If they aren't fed after a week, they start to starve like non-anomalous human beings and will display increased aggression and cannibalistic tendencies.

First instance of SCP-XXXX activity was reported by Harry Carver, then 31-year old woodsman and local of [REDACTED], England on 10/2/2006 who claimed to have heard children's voices coming from an abandoned building that used to serve as an orphanage until it was closed down in 1933. Carver went in to investigate and was attacked, having allegedly barely escaped with his life. After he reported his case to local police, it was soon forwarded to Foundation by an agent within police department with Carver being administered amnestic while in hospital and convinced that he was involved in a traffic accident. Foundation bought the building and the land around it in April 2006 while Site-94, research outpost within former building of [REDACTED] orphanage specifically built to house the subjects and allow Foundation staff to research them was put in operational use on 1/3/2007.

Foundation made first contact with SCP-XXXX subjects on 5/10/2006 when two subjects, codenamed Golden and Purple attacked two Foundation agents guarding the orphanage during construction of Site-94. They were overpowered and captured after severely injuring one of the agents and were used as leverage to force remaining SCP subjects hiding in the woods around Site-94's perimeter to surrender. After they were captured, SCP-XXXX subjects were held in an improvised facility in [DATA EXPUNGED], England until Site-94 was ready to house them.

SCP-XXXX-1 are off-shoots of SCP-XXXX created from normal children that are abducted by the subjects. Through yet unknown process, those children become psychologically simmilar to original subjects, adopting their mannerisms, speech patterns and in some cases, even clothing style. They also develop same physical powers as original SCP subjects (increased strength, speed, loss of need for personal hygiene and stopped aging) and become equally aggressive towards adults. Since first reported instance of SCP-XXXX-1 on 1/15/2007, there were at least 8 additional instances mainly stemming from subjects turning violent during experiments. Exact time frame during which child becomes SCP-XXXX-1 is unknown, but is assumed to be somewhere between 12 and 24 hours after initial exposure to SCP-XXXX subjects. Once child becomes SCP-XXXX-1, they are irreversibly lost and cannot be returned to normal.
