Profile: Eccentric, lonely, and gullible, Doctor Scavan is usually seen as a lonely individual who spends his time writing anomaly and research files. Doctor Scavan is a well-respected Keter/ Thaumiel Researcher and is also the Moderate Containment Zone Manager of Site-147. In his free time, Doctor Scavan would attend Analytics Working Group Bravo-3 training sessions and spend time with friends on the outside world via public/ SCP Foundation accessible gaming consoles. Even though he has been in contact with SCP-4XXX/10.A-L, he has not been affected by the anomalous effects of SCP-4XXX. He states that "It is simply fate. I guess". When in a breach, Doctor Scavan somehow is able to stay alive in his living quarters in the ECZ1. Doctor Scavan has also assisted Dr. Kondraki in the creation of MTF-Epsilon-11 standard issue rifles, such as the DB-12 full-auto AR, Grigora the gun that utilizes SCP-106's "substance", and W3-Sngat AR.
Addendum: Dr. Scavan's birthplace is in Phnom Penh Cambodia (ក្រុងចតុមុខសិរិមង្គល). His parents taught him how to read, write, speak, and understand Khmer. He enjoys the many Asian foods and foods of Cambodia, as his taste for these foods are normally positive (kouyteav), but he really hates Nom pa chok (kimchi was worse).
